I consider it to be a "real find". My friend who has traveled all over Mexico said that, for the money, it is the best place where she has ever stayed. It was clean, pretty and quite comfortable. I plan to return in January and will definitely stay there.

The managers of the property were fantastic.They were more than willing to help with any of our needs.It was however difficult to enter and leave the enclosed parking lot due to it being such a narrow street and the neighbors parking on it.The unit was quite comfortable…

I was badly surprised when we arrived. From the pictures, you cannot tell this is a tiny house in the middle of a small street surrounded by simple/basic constructions. Parking lot is very hard to enter to because of the very narrow entrance and street. The worst was having a construction next door starting with loud music, hammering and shouting at 9 am on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. We could not rest in this place. Alex who managed the property was nice and friendly, but the place is not at all what it seems like based on the advertised photos. Although the price per night was low, I would not return and consider another option first.

Photos aren't a real reflection of thebproperty at the moment. All shade been taken off the rooftop, which makes it too hot and impossible to use the one table that remains unless at night. Given that it was an apartment, I would have expected better in the kitchen - e.g. 1 sharp knife, or some oil or salt. But it seems to be less than the bare minimum. It is a shame as the property has potential. I booked for the roof terrace, but given it was no good I wish I had booked somewhere closer to town instead. Dogs barking in the night also disturbed my sleep.

Lo recomiendo mucho, a 10 minutos a pie del centro de San Miguel de Allende. Sí es pequeño, pero tiene todo lo necesario para la estancia. Muy buena comunicación con el personal, muy amables. Todo muy limpio e igual a las fotos.

Muy buena opción!

En general es una buena opción de alojamiento, es un departamento con todos los servicios a un precio razonable, la ubicación si está un poco retirado del área turística para ir caminando, en taxi a unos 7 minutos. La limpieza en general pueden mejorarla, encontramos algunos detalles del alojamiento anterior que se pudieron haber corregido antes de nuestra llegada, cómo una taza sucia y cabellos en el baño y piso de la recamara, en general si la recomiendo, por cumplir con lo publicado, solo mejorar la limpieza del departamento cada alojamiento.

Solo para entregar llave y cobrarme fué personalizada la atención y yo NO hice reserva AIRBNB, consideraba estar en un hotel,por cierto sin señales de serlo.Lo más incomodo es la falta de aseo y cambio de toallas/sabanas...4 dias que estubimos nadié apareció.

Estaria excelente que tuvieran un espejo adicional en los cuartos, ya que el baño es poco luminoso y el espejo es muy pequeño. No permite que nos podamos revisar antes de salir..El agua me toco fria en dos ocasiones, ya el dia que la iba a dejar es cuándo me toco el agua muy caliente. Por lo demas, todo estuvo excelente..
