This property hands down was the best place we stayed during our trip to Mexico. The staff was amazing. They were all so very helpful and accomodating. The room was very clean and well appointed. The attached restaurant was so nice with delicious food. We loved our stay and would definitely plan to stay here again!

Everything from the time we got there till the end of our mini vacay was outstanding!! More than anything and what’s more important to me is the customer service,from the bell boys to the managers or persons in charge were so welcoming and nice! Esp Ivan who always kept a lookout for us and helped in whatever way possible!! Definitely we will be making our stay at San Miguel de Allende!!

The professionalism and dedication of staff was perfect. Truly cannot wait to come back. My room, suit was beautifully decorated. My room was cleaned twice a day with attention to detail. Lastly, the location was perfectly nestled in the middle of everything.

All Staff was amazing, very responsive and helpful. Hotel is beautiful and in a great location close to city center, restaurants, small boutiques and Parroquia de San Miguel Arcángel (church) Air conditioning in our room (304) wasn’t work properly probably need some maintenance. We love SMA and this hotel was the perfect choice to stay.
