Every person here was so kind and thoughtful and accommodating… I wish I could’ve stayed longer, but they were sold out! Book it early if you want to continue your stay!

The property is located two blocks from Plaza Allende. We stayed in the room called Armadillo. It was located in the second floor. The room was vey nice and comfortable. Breakfast was included and it was delicious. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The breakfast was served in the third floor and it had a great view of the area and of the cathedral.

The place is very clean, service is excellent, Delicious gourmet breakfast, fabulous view of the parish, close to the main plazas and parish. The staff is very friendly and always ready to help. You don’t have to worry about parking.

Overall it was good great location everything you would want to be close to in walking distance was there. I loved the coziness of the room it was small but it was just me staying in the room. has a cool rooftop view of the area . I only had one small complaint after my first shower i ran out of hot water. I only stayed two night but i mentioned it on my last day so dont know if they just run out or its something they can easily fix on the spot. But i would go back to this hotel.

Es un hotel pequeño, la habitación justa pero muy bien arreglada. Muy cerca del templo de San Miguel y el centro. La terraza donde sirven el desayuno es muy agradable.

Estancia en San Miguel de Allende

Reservar habitacion en Hotel Boutique significa encontrar un atendimiento personalizado y diferente al encontrado en los Hoteles No Boutique. En el caso de este Hotel no creo haya sido el caso aunque si es de destacar la amabilidad tanto de la recepcionista como del mesero que atendio el Desayuno matinal. La relacion costo beneficio se ve comprometida en el caso frente a otros Hoteles que no se autodenominan Boutique. Creo que habria que regularizar oficialmente por la Autoridad en Turismo el uso de esta palabra para que los usuarios de Hoteles a negocios o placer sepan exactamente lo que estar en un Hotel Boutique significa en terminos diferenciales de estar en un Hotel clasificado por estrellas.

Ofrecen excelente servicio pero hay áreas de oportunidad. Uno sirve el desayuno en la terraza y se siente frío, además de pegar el sol y esto es incómodo, 2 me hospedé en planta baja y se oye mucho ruido de escaleras y 3 y la peor no permiten modificar la estancia aún y con anticipación de 1 semana penalizan hasta con 2000 pesos. Solo por eso no volvería a elegir y es una lástima ya que es un lugar muy bonito y sus empleados muy serviciales.
