Room was spacious and clean. Matress in sofa was terrible and wasn't used. Parking lot limited and access limited by surrounding properties and freeway construction. Front desk people nice but had to ask for what would have been assumed for a 5 person suite - soap for the shower, more towels (stocked like it was a 2 person stay). Breakfast adequate but disappointed in tasteless eggs and only one milk option.

We happened to stay on a night where there were a bunch of youth sports kids so that’s the only thing that altered our comfort. They were loud, disruptive, and not well looked after by who they were there with. It would probably help if the hotel hired some sort of security because we also had people on our floor being so loud after midnight. They smelled so strongly of weed and had there been security maybe it wouldn’t have been so bad. The room was clean and you can tell this place is older but breakfast was good and staff was friendly.

It was convenient and close to Texas state. There was a huge storm and the electricity went out but no fault of the hotel but we were hot…. Not that anything could have been done any faster. We have stayed here multiple times.

Wonderful stay!! I was a little apprehensive when I parked with the signs about lock your car and hide your things, but the lot was well lit!! I had no issues!! Breakfast was fantastic with biscuits and sausage gravy, eggs, sausage, waffles and all the continental fixings! Huge TV and a living room area which I didn’t know would be there. I highly recommend!

Staff was friendly, breakfast was delicious, clean room and comfortable bed. Power was out one night due to storm and hail … thus no elevator. Internet service was annoyingly very weak and short lived or not at all. Toiletries were VERY small ( miniature) and housekeeping was on demand not regularly given. Although cleaners were in hallway and we asked for and were given fresh towels as necessary.

This hotel is an average, clean place to sleep. It is literally surrounded very closely by other hotels and fast food. The worst part was the heavy road construction on the I35 frontage road where this hotel is located. It made it very difficult to even locate the entrance to the hotel.

A great hotel at a great price. Clean, comfortable, excellent morning breakfast and SUPER HELPFUL STAFF! :) Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

The card machines were acting up and my husband and my cards were charged multiple times. The room was mediocre at best. We cut our trip a day short because the room was cringy. The ceiling was all messed up over the bed, and you can tell its a very old and unkept for the most part building. Dont recommend this location. Was very disappointed as these are typically nice hotels.

I stayed at this hotel thinking it was going to be as the other hotels of the same reviews rating; good and clean. It wasn’t either of those. The toilet had been grossly used and not cleaned or disinfected. There were hairs in the shower. It was terrible. The good thing I can say about it is that the person at the reception was INCREDIBLY understanding, polite, and beyond helpful. I requested another room and he immediately helped me and apologized. Hats off to him! The other room they gave needs an immediate update. The hotel is old. The back door by our room did not work and it was left unlocked all night long.

El personal muy amable de verdad pero el hotel está viejo… sentía que estaba en una película de terror jajaja y lo peor era la cama del sofá de verdad ocupan renovar están en pésimas condiciones! El hotel está limpio pero como es muy viejo pues da un aspecto de suciedad el elevador parece que se va a caer Pero su personal fue muy servicial en todo momento Pero si no volvería a quedarme en ese hotel

Average hotel, friendly staff. There is an UPS distribution center next to hotel and every day at 5am you can hear their trucks reversing beep, really annoying.

Clean and comfortable stay in a good location for visits to Texas state. The traffic around is a bit busy due to construction but the great service at this hotel makes up for it.
