"The hotel sells day passes to the pool area so it is effectively unusable for hotel guests. Every day there will be more day pass guests than there are lounge chairs and there are always numerous children. The hotel staff also so not enforce the rules of the pool at all. We had to leave the hotel for a ssh because the local children were screaming so loudly and so constantly that we couldn’t even be in our room… let alone the pool area. "The Casa Acueducto is a lovely little neighborhood hotel. The best rooms are on the upper floor, so asl for one of those if available. The hotel sign is small and unobtrusive so you have to watch for it. It is attached to the hotel above the door. Rooms are clean and cleaned every day. Most rooms have a mini fridge, microwave and coffeemaker with coffee provided. The proprietor speaks good English and is able to provide useful information about the town an amenities nearby such as a bakery and...

"Stylish, architect-designed small hotel in an up and coming part of the city, just a short walk from the Botanic Gardens. We stayed in ‘Rebeca’, a spacious room on the top floor with its own large outdoor terrace. Highly recommended. "

"We had an excellent experience at Hotel Sauvé. The staff was very professional and helped me with coordinating some special decorations for a proposal. The room was beautifully appointed with excellent lighting. The bed was comfortable, and the shower and bathroom were also nice. The breakfast was solid (I recommend the pancakes). The location was awesome – it's basically as good as it can get. I'd like to come again in the future. Thank you for the memorable stay!"
