They only had one elevator that was working. The ice machines on each floor did not work. Our key card got deactivated several times where we had to get a new key card. Hyatt Vacation Club at Hacienda del Mar, Dorado
Beautiful property but a little too far from Old San Juan. The one restaurant is actually pretty good and staff was nice, but it was completely outdoors with brazen birds stealing food.
