The room was a bit dated but very very clean. Everything was great and we had a wonderful time. It was right on the beach, walking distance to pharmacies and resturants and even to La Placita ! Will stay again!

This location is a gem. On the corner of the beach and they have a small place out front for drinks, coffee and beach food. Sort of feels like a Puerto Rican home. It feels like you are visiting someone’s grandma. The front desk staff is always so kind and helpful. It is just missing some renovations and a pool in the rooftop. Other than that this is my second time staying here. Always fun and safe!

This place is one of those small little small chock away motel. Small convenient and affordable .It can do with some modernizing to its rooms and facility. Its in a very convenient location its next to the beach , One block from Walgreens and Tazan restaurant.

Everyone was so kind and helpful. Place is clean ,close to the beach and affordable. Just be careful with the soda machine on the first floor it tends to keep your money. But overall , great place to stay .I highly recommend.

The staff was very friendly very helpful. It’s a great location right next to the beach. If you intend to swim on the beach, it’s a long walk but you could go down to a safer beach. The food and restaurants in the area are a big plus. My wife and I had no problem feeling safe walking around the area. We took a Uber to old San Juan takes about 15 minutes definitely worth it. Great location.

Absolutely loved our stay here. Only got to stay for 2 nights, but it was amazing. All the staff were so kind and welcoming. The food downstairs was great and so was the terrace

The location is excellent—super, super close to the beach, which was definitely the highlight of my stay! The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. However, the hotel is quite outdated and could really use some updating. Unfortunately, the rooms did not look as nice in person as they appeared in the online photos, which was a little disappointing. Overall, the location and staff were great, but the hotel itself needs some improvements.

This is the spot if you go with a group of friends to hit the beach and have a good time. Rhw beach is literally behind the building. The front door staff were so nice and will do all they can to make you happy with your stay.

I took my 93 year-old father to San Juan, Puerto Rico to fulfill his dream of visiting the Island. I could not have picked a better place to stay, it was close to restaurants, stores local bars the beach was right across. The staff was amazing, helpful and available at all times. The distance to the airport was only 10 minutes away. Everything was beautiful. I highly recommend it.

A few ft from the Atlantic Ocean. Walking distance to Old San Juan and Condado Beach (with lifeguard). Employees were the best! There were challenges like water (rationed) restrictions.
