Hi Kevin, Good day! Apologies, but upon review with our resort personnel and management, we’ve confirmed that your group was provided with shampoos, soaps, and towels. Your group also used the resort’s private-use swimming pool. To add to this, the reservation you made and paid with Expedia was only for six (6) guests. Your group arrived at the resort with a total of fourteen (14) guests. We were fully booked. But we still accommodated your group and even accommodated your request for a discount for the extra guest fee - from 850 pesos per guest to 500 pesos per guest, which we have never done before. Our personnel even report that they reserved beach front tables for your group since you said your child/niece was celebrating her birthday. Also, the owner was kind enough to not charge you for the jar your group broke, which costs about 50,000 pesos. Apologies, we know we have a lot of things to improve on, but we believe our resort personnel and management have exhausted all means for your group.
