The property ascetics were great. The room was not the cleanest the sheets had stains, spiderwebs, our trash was never collected during the 6 days we stayed, water was out in the whole building one morning and bathroom door looked as if it had been broken into. The planes were a little loud but it wasnt terrible. We were able to walk to most restaurants and bars which was nice.

I loved this place!!! The dock has such a breath taking view. I personally enjoy that it’s close to the airport, I like seeing the planes so up close. The villa feels like home, very cozy. Super aesthetic, great for taking pictures. And the area is nice, walkable and has authentic real Puerto Rican restaurants near by.

The Numero Uno hotel was a delightful place to stay. We enjoyed our room with a garden view and the close proximity to the restaurants down the road. It was definitely a safe place to stay with a locked gate and his situated in the more artsy place in Louisa. Staff was very accommodating!

Absolutely beautiful property in a lovely location. Private access to the lake, clean pool and lounge area, stylish rooms. The only downside is how loud the planes are as the location is very close to the airport. I love how safe it feels there due to the secure gate and locked building. Will definitely return again!

Was private and gated. Property is nice and clean. Loved walking out on the pier through the mangroves. Very much disliked the layout of the rooms. Description said sleeps six and showed 3 beds, however that was deceptive. One room has a king bed. The other has a king bed with a full size bed in the room with it, beds are facing each other. So if you dont want to sleep with your kids in the room or perhaps another couple. Do not select room 203. Other than that was a good place to stay.

We thought the property itself was beautiful. It was well manicured. The place was clean and the management staff were hospitable. The only negatives we have is that while room was wonderfully decorated the bed was very uncomfortable. So uncomfortable we had to purchase a pillowtop cover to go on top. We left it at the hotel. We also felt it needed some hooks for hanging things. The other negative was a rooster. There is a street rooster that roams the road roosting morning and night. Now, I don’t believe the hotel has any control over that, it is still a nuisance. Other than those things, we enjoyed our stay!

Staff was great communicating with me during booking and prior to my arrival. However, my arrival was unusual and the code did not work at front gate. Staff was reachable by phone. The property is large and very accommodating. You can park on site and there is a 24 hour pool and plenty of seating, lounge chairs and even cabanas ! That was my favorite part. The room was quaint. I had to find the sole staff member on site the next day for a hairdryer. He also provided me the remote for air conditioner in room. The tv remote needed new batteries. Not having staff on site can make you feel odd reaching out for these amenities. Location is in a safe neighborhood though off road. You can easily walk to Piñones main road for a plethora of food spots. Watch out for mosquitos at night! They got me good. Not the sites fault. And you will hear airplanes throughout day and night. I would come back with a larger group so we could enjoy site. Thank you for hosting.

Ok, I’d just like to say I loved the property itself. The room was spacious and the pool area was really nice and the free sodas and snacks in the rooms were a nice touch with free coffee/teas/hot chocolate in the lobby is great. Also ample free private parking with available gate remote for the car. However, the entire time I was there (4 days, 3 nights) I saw ONE groundskeeper. Our ceiling fan remote did not work so we were unable to turn it off. Messaged the property but did not get a response unfortunately. It gets very noisy with the planes flying over so if you are a light sleeper, bring earplugs or stay somewhere else. The roosters also crow very early and during full moons. The neighboring property also likes to blast their music and set off fireworks. I am a heavy sleeper so it was fine for me. I also was able to enjoy the pool all to myself as no other patrons had arrived to the property yet. And a great deal for the 2 bedroom balcony. There was no waiter/bar service or restaurant the entire weekend. You need to go off premises to get anything. Car rental highly recommended. There is a 24 hr supermarket nearby and lots of restaurants on the main strip. Would have been better if there was a kitchen because it’s basically an airbnb.
