Disgusting and the hotel staff so rude. The power went out for an entire 24 hours. They did not care nor tried to help me. I was alone in pitch black and on the third floor. The staff was horrible and rude, thank God Expedia stepped in and moved me to another hotel, DO NOT BOOK HERE. I don’t even think it should be offered as a hotel, it was horrible and dirty and the power situation was just unacceptable.

Overall, definitely enjoyed our stay here. The bedroom was the only room with AC but it worked so well and we were just happy to get inside from the heat. Shower was a tiny bit grimy and there was a slight funky kitchen smell but other than that you couldn’t ask for a better place to stay. At the front desk everyone was super nice and very eager to help. Also a PERFECT location, close enough to walk to grocery store, bars, restaurants, etc. The location alone made me want to rate everything higher!

The room was not clean. The chair and sofa had noticeable stains, there were roaches in the room, and the shower curtain had mold/mildew. There was little to no water in the morning, and when water was available, the pressure was extremely low.

The location and the view were excellent for this cute property. Was perfect for quick walks around all of Old San Juan. We picked up our keys at the other location just down the street, and easily made the walk to our stay with our roller bags. Note: there are steep stairs, like with all the quaint homes of old San Juan. Just be aware! :) Ours was a shorter stay and we didn't make use of the kitchen, besides teen warming up some leftovers, but really appreciated having the option. Would stay here again! :)

Spacious room in the Zen Suite. Very clean . Kind staff. Pay attention to special instructions to retrieve keys for your stay .

Our Wi-Fi was out for seven hours. There was no cold water. I think we should get some kind of compensation back for taking free showers. They said they were gonna send Maintenance up two days in a row never did Customer the customer service at the front desk was no help. I would like some kind refund amount for the freezing cold showers I've ever fixed and the Wi-Fi that was off for hours and hours I called them multiple times. They said there was some Maintenance up and they never did and the water was just freezing for the whole time, we were there to take a shower, not even warm.

Once we arrived the whole city was having a water outage. We were devastated by the news of no running water! But with all that going on this still ended up being the best vacation that me and my girlfriend has ever been on!!! The staff was amazing, they made sure to keep bringing fresh water every day. This is by far the best location that you’re going to find! You can just come out your door and walk old San Jaun and be in the middle of everything! Location location location!! Now the best thing about the room would be the beautiful ocean view! Make sure to get the ocean view it’s a absolute must!

it was alright….kitchen was cool to have. i wish there was ac in the living room…ac in the bedroom worked great though. the bathroom left much to be desired…if you fixed the bathroom and ac issue…y’all would be great. your staff was wonderful…which brought it up to 4/5.

Location is nice, however if you’re looking for a nice place to stay I wouldn’t recommend here. Three long flights of narrow stairs, the kitchen cabinets smelled bad, the ac cooled the bedroom but the rest of the appt was hot. Kitchen and bathroom is dated. Sound travels in the building, so you hear all your neighbors. The ceiling leaked when it rained. It’s an old building in old San Juan, I get it, but if you’re looking for a place to crash I guess it could be worse, but if you’re looking for quality you should skip this place. I’ve stayed in worse places and I’m not a negative person. Just passing along info so others are informed. The pictures made it look much nicer than reality. Balcony view was good, especially when the breeze was blowing in.

Great location, huge room. Nice view from the patio. Internet didn’t work, no hot water, no towels. Three very steep, narrow flights of stairs to climb. You get what you pay for.

No hot water in shower. No wash cloth provided. We did have stove but no microwave. Only complaint really was the ice cold showers everyday. Even after being in the sun a cold shower isn’t exactly the most pleasant lol. All in all it was great. Location was perfect for old San Juan. And that balcony view was as sooooo beautiful. Waking up to waves and the street life.

We had an amazing stay. It was placed in a great part of Old San Juan. Allowed us to eat, visit, and shop comfortably. We had easy access to and from the airport. The staff was friendly, the coffee was delicious, and the roof top was enjoyable! Definitely recommend staying and enjoying the city!

Fabulous location but be warned it’s a typical OSJ apartment - very narrow three story walk up. That said, the views were absolutely worth the effort lugging up my admittedly overpacked suitcases up those three flights. The photos on the listing are old, meaning the kitchen and bathroom are in desperate need of updating and refitting. If you can deal with some wear and tear, then the price can’t be beat. I’d stay here again. It was spacious, clean, and worth every penny.

A literal stones throw from San Cristobal!!

I rented this apartment on accident, and I couldn’t be more pleased. The place was amazing. It was so close to San Cristobal, and just a short walk to Del Morro. You won’t be disappointed.

The address they have online is not the real one is an abandoned building, i almost thought i was scammed. They are administrated by another hotel they finally answered the phone and i found out where i needed to go. Then they said that i should have gotten an email with details. I did not. The room was not that clean and there was a hole in the wall. I guess you get what you pay for.

This is for the Oceanside Room. View was spectacular! Location was excellent. Two of three staff were lovely and helpful, one went out of her way to make sure our stay was pleasant. The room was under maintained and stocked for the price. We chose in part for a kitchen, but it lacked amenities. For example, two forks, two coffee mugs, and two bowls were supplied for a room for four. We had one small steak knife for cutting, no hand towels, no hand soap in the bathroom, and the handle to the shower control fell off while in use. Frustrated, I went to open a bottle of wine and found the opener provided was broken as well. We purchased some items from the store to make our kitchen functional, something unexpected and we were trying to avoid. Other problems (though not necessarily hotels fault and not part of my rating) included that the water was shut off for several hours reportedly from city. The managing hotel offered a room with a working shower so was grateful for that. Internet was unreliable as well. Overall, we absolutely loved our view of the water and two castles, and we walked everywhere with ease. With simple cosmetic updates and small investment in amenities and maintenance, the room would become a disappointing experience to a wonderful one.
