The room has an excellent location. It was clean and the price was ok in comparison to the places around. I would've like to have a mini refrigerator. Another observation is that the temperature of the water was not stable.

It was a good place to stay. I was worried about the front desk not being there for my after 11PM check-in, and my concerns were justified. I had a hard time opening the locker where the key was stored and tried to call and text the contact person, who was unavailable. Luckily, some residents were around to help me; the code was entered correctly, but the locker wouldn’t open. The four of us took turns trying, and thankfully one of us managed to get it open; otherwise, I would have had to find a hotel at that hour. The location was perfect, close to the beach as well as Walgreens and Walmart. If you don't want to walk in the heat, you can take an Uber/Lyft for $6-8 since everything is nearby. The A/C worked perfectly, and the fridge was handy. It wasn't fancy, but it was spacious, it did the job, and it didn’t break the bank.

Decent hotel in a high scale area, no frills but ok. Small parking 4or 5 slots . At the end for me was ok and had plenty off restaurants nearby

What we loved most: Jessica truly makes a difference at this hotel. She is incredibly friendly and professional. What we didn’t like: The internet was very weak and slow. The room was missing a table and a chair. Room service was poor—out of 8 days, it was only provided once(1).

We booked this while traveling in PR and the main reason was because there was parking (even though it cost extra). We had stayed in 3 different hotels throughout the island and LOVED all of them, even though they were rustic and or boutique hotel. However, this one was just a plain old building and room with zero character. Everything from the curtains (with no blackout) to the pillows (only 2) to the mattress and sheets was the of the cheapest possible quality. Elizabeth was helpful with the booking but that is the only staff we ever spoke to (over the phone), since there is no one on site and no cleaning during our stay. With that said, it is close to Condado beach and about 15 minutes from Old San Juan. The price was way too high for what it offered.

generally, it was right beside a great beach. specifically, although they didn't have onsite staff 247, I had a response via WhatsApp within a few minutes of sending it. their responses were clear, friendly, without any sidestepping. their room access protocols when arriving were simple, clear and easy to follow

Great potential, needs improvement

The location was great, near the beach. Room cleaning was described as "when available" but the room wasn't cleaned at all during the week. We asked for a partial refund for a day when there was no power. We know the outage wasn't their fault but part of what we were paying for was lights, AC, and security which were not available when there was no power. They were quick to respond to other concerns but we received no response when we asked about a refund. We tried through the booking company as well with no partial refund. We would love to give a better review, but they need to improve some things.

I was reallyyyy skeptical about booking here because of the reviews and I’m a big review person. But once staying here I loved it. I was not aware until the last day of my stay that we were right in front of the beach about a min walk. I also was not aware that we were 2 mins away from the casino. I then became aware that we were around the corner from La Placita which is the strip to party. We took the kik scooter everywhere which was cheap and did a couple of tours where they drive you around as well. I loveeee the scenery at this hotel very nice and I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to be close to everything. I also fell over on the scooter and needed a lower room because I could not walk after and they were so nice to move us to a lower room. I would definitely book with casa Condado again. Throughout my stay I was asked am I okay and what can they do to help. Try the stay yourself and don’t worry about negative reviews. Thanks you guys and thanks for the complimentary drinks.
