Overall good amenities, beds comfortable. The bathroom was kinda small. Two blocks from the cathedral and surrounded by lots of places to eat.

As you walk out hotel you have acces to taxi if you wanna go somewhere. Also you walk out and everything is right there food, shops, the main church everyone visits. At night there food spots open late if you wanna eat. The police station is around the corner so police is always visible day/night. Hotel personal very nice very helpful. This would be my comeback to hotel on my next visit

Le sanitario y el cuarto de baño demasiado pequeños e incómodos, en el sanitario te quedaba junto a la cara el lavabo, el cuarto de baño aparte de pequeño tenía una columna que sobre salía y ocupaba espacio, el resumidero no expulsa a el agua y se inundó la regadera, el abanico no funcionaba correctamente y la persona encargada del lobby en el turno de noche de mal humor y déspota. Tengo foto del cuarto de baño y del sanitario.

Facil acceso para llegar, no batalle usando maps, tienen elevador, y dispensador de agua purificada, las habitaciones son amplias. El baño aun mas, pero si van a ir a la iglecia t a comprar vayan primero. Las almohadas son un trampa, te recuestas tantito y te quedas dormido, nos paso a mi esposa y ami. Estan super comodas. Los puestos de las famosisimas tortas ahogadas estan a 1 cuadra, igual la catedral de nuestra virgen de san juan de los lagos. Tienen wifi.

No cumple con lo acordado con la reservación dan otro cuarto no es posible q den un cuarto con una cama para 4 personas yo creo q ni el sistema lo acepta y me cobraron 2000 mas q el costo que tenia pesimo servicio tanto de la aplicación como el hotel eso no es justo

No limpiaron la habitación como debía solo la trapearon y se quedaron muchos cabellos, entiendo porque habían huéspedes que no se salieron a tiempo, las cobijas estaban sucias, y las cortinas igual.
