La habitación siempre estuvo limpia y siempre se cuidó que el jacuzzi tuviera agua caliente, la comida excelente solo la pasta que pedí estaba un poco dura, me parece que faltaba un poco de cocción. El personal muy amable, solo que es estresante que al cruzar por subir de la playa o salir de alguna alberca al área de secrets te aborden de inmediato para recordar que es área de adultos, eso ya se sabe, solo se estaba cruzando por ahí, entonces deberían restringir el acceso de una manera más cordial y eficaz. De igual manera no me gustó que tardaran tanto en darme la habitación, pese que me habían indicado que la habitación ya tenía más de una hora lista. El hotel es súper bonito y la vista espectacular, solo como todo tiene sus cosas buenas y malas, por ejemplo me parece que sería bueno tener un restaurante a la carta y que permitan niños, con comida japonesa, es decir, más variedad para los que vamos de vacaciones en familia.

Tuvimos una experiencia maravillosa en este hotel. Fueron unos días de mucho descanso, relajación y momentos muy especiales junto a mi esposo. Disfrutamos muchísimo nuestra estancia y nos encantó cada detalle. Toda la comida estuvo deliciosa, con una gran variedad y excelente calidad. Pero, sin duda, quiero destacar especialmente la atención del recepcionista, quien fue sumamente amable, atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudarnos. Su trato hizo que nuestra experiencia fuera todavía más especial. Nos vamos muy felices y con muchas ganas de regresar. ¡Sin duda fue una estancia que disfrutamos muchísimo!

As an American, it was a good value for our money. Spa was very nice with helpful staff but unlike other properties, you are not allowed to use the spa amenities outside of the specific services you are booked. Also the room service is incredibly slow. On the weekend, we were told an hour wait and it ended up being 1.5-2hr wait. The food is okay. The prices at the gift shop are even more inflated than the average resort; a $20 Target quality dress will run you $120-150. The ice cream/snack shop is absolute bedlam around check out time, with everyone packed in there looking for a quick bite. Wait for a plain grilled cheese was 30 min. The customer service, however, is generally very good all around and the various pools are fun. Wasn’t too crowded even for Labor Day weekend. Would stay again and just not order room service and also stick with the Mexican food, which was usually the tastiest option.

No estoy muy acostumbrada a poner reseña de los lugares que visito pero en verdad este hotel me dejó impresionada en muchos sentidos, tanto el personal muy amables como la comida riquísima y con una gran variedad y es un lugar muy limpio y aparte el hotel tiene muchos eventos y mucho entretenimiento tanto para adultos como para niños está maravilloso y sin duda alguna pienso regresar

Después del check out se te permite quedarte hasta las 2pm haciendo uso de las instalaciones, puedes seguir consumiendo bebidas y algunos alimentos de las barras de snacks y de la cafetería

Realmente un desastre. Hicimos check in, y ya en el check in nos hicieron esperar 1 hr. La hora del check in es a las 3 pm, nos entregaron la habitación a las 4 pm. Y luego tuvimos que esperar 1 hora mas en la habitación para recibir nuestras maletas que nos habían guardado. Es decir primer día arruinado. Segundo día, hicimos 35 minutos de fila AL SOL para poder ingresar al restaurante a desayunar. Los restaurantes decentes completamente llenos y sin reserva, por lo que solo pudimos comer siempre en el buffet normal. Al momento del check out fue la peor odisea. El lobby LLENO de gente como si fuese un tianguis, pedimos nuestro auto a valet parking y nos dijeron que tenían 25 minutos de demora para traernos nuestro auto. Lo cual ya de por si nos pareció un horror. Esperamos PARADOS AL SOL los 25 minutos porque de la cantidad de gente que había no podíamos refugiarnos. Resulta que a los 25 minutos vemos que la llave de nuestro auto seguía ahí, y nos dijeron que si que tendríamos otros 30 minutos de espera. La cuestión es que A LA HORA Y MEDIA de esperar exigimos que nos lleven las maletas hasta donde estaba estacionado el auto y nosotros fuimos caminando como 5 cuadras a buscarlo arrastrando maletas. NO RESERVEN EN ESTE HOTEL, traen un caos. La experiencia es horrible y los empleados nos comentaban que era así todos los días. Hay miles de hoteles decentes en punta de mita para reservar, NO LO RECOMIENDO.
