Not as advertised
We had the honeymoon suite the place def look better in pictures than in person. Customer service was somewhat below what we expected. Employees around the location were not very friendly and it felt as if it was more like a compound within the gates than a hotel. They probably should have more lighting in the area in the evenings as there is absolutely no lights on at night and it is pitch black dark out there. Wait until you visit you will understand what I mean. The hotel room was the most expensive one, honeymoon, when we arrived we had 2 bottles of wine there, which we thought were complimentary as it didn’t have any signage of cost and besides one would think they would at least comp their guests in most expensive rooms a sample of their wine that originates there. Moving on I would say if you are looking to book here to make sure you bring your car or reserve a taxi to see their tour as to our surprise they include a wine tour in price but say you have to get your own transportation to see it. Overall I wouldn’t say it was a terrible place. The grounds and scenery are what you would expect to see. But all else left a lot to be desired for.

Everything was flawless! I didn’t want to leave this place, from the food and the wine, everything was delicious. John our waiter from dinner and next day breakfast he was so courteous and attentive. Yes I will definitely come back to this PARADISE!!!♥️

Beautiful setting and area. Right in middle of vineyard with some walking trails or can rent bikes. Old car museum my friends loved. two bars and heated pool. There isn't a person at front desk for full 24 hrs so will need to plan accordingly. Also farther from Ica center than other hotels, so mostly eating and drink at their bar. However, getyourguide.com tours were fine with picking up from there, even though further out.

Fantastic hotel with nice rooms , good pool area, nice garden . Good restaurant with good food. Not that many dishes, but enough for a couple of days. The staff do not speak very good English, especially when you check in it is a lot of questions in Spanish and it can be difficult if you do not speak Spanish. But that is probably the only problem with this hotel, everything else was very nice and comfortable. All staff was very friendly and helpful and really tried there best to fulfill your requests. There was no Breakfast buffe because of Covid, but we had nice breakfast anyway, you can choose from many different Juice’s and egg dishes together with bread .

Beautiful hotel
Beautiful hotel inside Queirolo’s winery. Pool was clean and while swimming you could observe mountains around and grapevine trellis surrounding the hotel which are beautiful. At night there are individual fireplaces were you can order drink and food. The viewpoint they take you in the wine toor is also amazing and a beautiful spot for picture taking. Staff was very attentive and kind during our whole stay.

This hotel was absolutely stunning! The room was large and loved having a balcony over looking the vines. The pool was so relaxing and the food and wine were delicious. We only wish we had more time here!

Sugiero que el corte de las parras se realice temprano en la mañana para que no moleste a los huéspedes y no a mediodía como sucedió durante mi estadía, ya que causa mucha incomodidad, asimismo no esta claro en la WEB el precio a pagar, ya que indica que "Todos los impuestos y cargos están incluidos" lo cual no es real, ya que no cobraban el 18% del IGV, eso no esta claro cuando uno hace la Reserva, sugiero evitar confusiones como las que tuvimos ya que también es bastante incomoda esa situación.

Excelente hospedagem
Excelente estadia. Gostamos muito de tudo no hotel. Quarto otimo. Cafe da manha muito bom. Passeio emocionante de bike.Linda vista ao pôr do sol. Tudo muito bem cuidado. Funcionarios atenciosos, principalmente Deise e Coraima. Elas foram excelentes em seu trabalho, nos ajudando em tudo q precisavamos, sempre com bom humor e alegres.Com certeza, voltariamos nesse hotel. Um dos melhores hoteis q ja vimos.
