We had an excellent 3 night stay and extended our stay longer due to extenuating circumstances. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The hotel has quaint colonial architecture, is maintained and kept very clean. It is located on a safe street, close to the central commercial district, with restaurants and vendors - the Ventura mall is only 3 blocks away. An excellent breakfast of eggs, etc was included every morning. The restaurant is open for supper until 7pm with a nice menu selection. The pool area is plain but cleaned everyday and the pol makes for a very refreshing dip. Our room on the 3rd floor had a queen bed, desk, chair, shelves, closet, and balcony over the street compete with table and chairs. The hotel has secure parking within there gated courtyard. There are only a couple of draw backs: mattress was thin and hard ( could feel the frame underneath, no elevator, and only one towel person per day - no extra towel for use at the pool.

Great staff, clean rooms, centrally located on a safe well lit street, close to markets, great food at breakfast and in the restaurant the rest of the day. Only down side, no elevator, the lobby is not air conditioned, beds are hard, and hot water is not always available.

Estadia en Hotel Zaraya, buena atención,

Bueno estuvo satisfectorio lo que nos falto fue algo de comunicación, no sabiamos que podiamos pedir agua para tomar en las habitaciones, solo consumiamos en la noche y dia las que estaban en los cuartos, el cuarto que nos toco el baño esta mal edificicado, no se que tipo de arquitecto pudo idear esto?
