    Overall its ok. The place is at the heart of the city, near with everything you need. Our issue is that we stayed to relax and rest from our super busy work scheds and heavy workload but the staff are so noisy outside. We can hear loud chats of them. And the housekeepers are also so loud. Its so disturbing. One more thing is at the dining area where staff are so bagal. I think only one regular employee is assisting the guests. They rely mostly on I think immersion students/OJTs who are inefficient. If they can improve these issues then their hotel will be more cozy for the guests.

    Staff are friendly, good food at breakfast. Rooms are spacious and clean. The only problem is there’s no elevator. My aunt had a hard time walking in the stairs. She’s 78 yrs old, obese with bad knees..
