"Poorly maintained, very tired, basic room"

"We chose the hotel for it's convenient location in the city of Orotina , where we were visiting relatives . The staff was good , perhaps a little inattentive on check out. The reception office was closed and I had to look around for someone to return my key. Be advice there's is a very noisy soccer academy right next door . We were alocated on room 11 , close to the academy . It can be an issue if you are trying to rest early evening ."

I was not aware that the room did not have a/c or fan (but I did not read the details, I just assumed it did because of the pricing) the weather was not super hot this day so it was ok, but on a warmer day it definetly needs it, also no TV at least in our room, the bathroom had some leaking in the shower. "Property designed and made for people Who want to relax.Well kept, limited menu and my only suggestion is to stop calling the guest to their rooms to remind the different eating times. It can be interrupting and is unnecessary. Decorations are very will developed in Costa Rican style and very fine test.
