"The pictures looked great, the rooms did not match the pictures. One room was pretty musty and dark. The room we stayed in had no hot water in the shower and it took 3 days to fix. They offered to change the room but that room had steep stairs to get to single bedroom down stairs and we had paid for a two bedroom. They should have made sure the shower worked before we arrived. They also required payment on arrival instead of at check-out. There are no cafes walking distance, and long waits for...

"My family stayed here for five nights total and it was the best hotel for us. Great service, clean, with a very nice restaurant with delicious food. We tried a massage and that was wonderful as well! The hotel's landscape and garden are gorgeous and well-maintained. Thank you!"

"Nice view of Oaxaca, very clean Hotel including rooms, staff were amazing. Only downside if you order DiDi it will take more time than usual to arrive also ordering a Taxi was a challenge as the hotel is not located near Oaxaca main square. Besides that the Hotel is beautiful I would recommend staying."
