The place is great. Very clean. The only concern is the 35 dollar daily fee they add. We weren’t expecting that. Also we got switched to a smaller non accessible room even though we had booked a bigger accessible one.
Great location if you need to be downtown. We were there for two nights for a show at Bill Graham and it was great walking to everywhere. Only thing I would have changed is that the “view” that I paid extra for was not viewable from anywhere in the room except the bathroom. Plus the room was quite tiny. Other than that, positive experience.
Everything was great. It was clean, modest breakfast but good. Plenty of excellent coffee shops a short walk away. I would stay here again, but not in the sky room. It was cramped for my taste
Yotel is an idea spot, especially if you are going to shows at Bill Graham Civic center! Suvch a quick walk! We also loved that Bay Wheels was right up front. We used the bikes to get all around the city and had a blast!
Clean room, LOVED my stay honestly… yes in a weird area at night. But it’s gorgeous during the day.. it was my first time in SF. Solo traveler. Went to SF for a rave. I loved everything! Would def stay again… unfortunately did not make it to bfast either days of my 2 nights
Great place to stay in the city. Rooms are small but modern and clean staff is courteous and friendly. There is 24 hour security its a great place and is affordable.

Liked: Cleanliness, amenities
My room was clean, the staff is great and the amenities are great as well
Ultra modern concept, attentive to key details in world class amenities, comfortable beds, sparkling clean ambients.
Very assuring security systems & personable professional staff throughout.
Great value pricing & convenience of location
The rooms are incredibly clean and comfortable. My room was a small, Japanese style, pod. It is a great location in the center of SF. It is located on Market Street. There are a lot of street people outside of the hotel.
The staff was great held our bags until our time of departure, hotel was good the only thing was the tv kept freezing all the time and we couldn’t connect to watch anything else when we checked in on Friday
The hotel is situated in the worst location in San Francisco. Right outside the entrance, there are many homeless people and drug addicts; police cars are parked at the door every single day—it is truly dismal. I felt like I was in a drug den. I have never felt so uncomfortable and so unsupported while staying at a hotel; I was terrified. The staff members were unfriendly. The hotel was exorbitantly expensive. For the price I paid, I could have stayed near the Pier, which boasts the best location in the city. I didn't even have the courage to eat breakfast at the hotel because it was so filthy. The room we stayed in was incredibly cramped and horrible—I would not recommend it to anyone. It was the worst hotel experience I have ever had—truly lamentable.
