Thank you for providing your honest feedback. The day of your arrival, the hotel received a substantial amount of pick up and did our best to accommodate all guests with only 1 front desk associate working that evening. We hope you consider that we do the best we can under these circumstances.

We are so unfortunate the hear that you were with during the 8 hours of our internet being down and apologize for this inconvenience. Regarding your comment about breakfast, it closes at 9am and after speaking to our staff, they remember stating that this at 9am and not 8:50. I hope this clarifies any confusion.
