"We were on a four night stay, After the second night we asked for a replenishment of coffee and towels. I expressed my belief that the room should be furnished with coffee daily. The host was cooperative and offered to comp one nights parking which I felt was acceptable. That didn't happen, we were not compensated one nights parking. Also, on the days the coffee WAS replenished, no sugar, creamer or stir sticks were supplied. "

"It feels wonderful when the Front desk staff recognizes you and gives you a nice warm welcome. "

"The location of this property was very scenic with the bay directly across from it, The hotel itself was very clean and the staff was very courteous and helpful. Our room was in the tower building which was nice but the rooms, though clean, were outdated and could use some refurbishing. Other than that, I would recommend this hotel."

"The Bristol fit my needs as a work traveler and use of city's convention center. It was a healthy walk to convention halls but weather was beautiful for it. I used city bus from airport and easy with stop close to hotel. Light rails also close by. Hotel a few blocks off main Gaslamp hustle bustle. Property was unique and not like corporate cookie cutter. It had a boutique hotel feel. Hotel was undergoing some renovations in lobby area but it did not affect my rest in my room. Would recommend"
