It's in a great section if you want to be in the action in Gaslamp. The happy hour at STK was great! Our room wasn't great. The staff were all very nice and helpful.

Es un hotel muy muy bueno nos encanto vale mucho la pena tienen excelente atencion y los cuartos estan preciosos si tuviera que dar puntos negativos lo doy por 2 cosas numero 1 hay bastante ruido en la calle y en la zona del hotel y si se escucha en las habitaciones nada grave pero si de repente hay mucho ruido y numero 2 el precio del valet parking es inaccesible cuesta 65 dolares la noche es mucho hay buenos estacionamientos en los alrededores y mucho mas economicos

Overall a very enjoyable stay. Very friendly staff.
Some front desk staff knew very little about the hours of the roof restaurant and how to book local activities to use the advertised discount offered as part of the ‘resort fee’.

The decor is unique. Can do another design for the bathroom. Doesn't really give you any privacy if you need to use the bathroom.
FRONT STAFF AND VALET WERE FANTASIC.

I really enjoyed and liked my stay at Andaz I love how everything was walking distance from the hotel I would enjoy staying here again, but what I didn’t like is the parking that they don’t have a parking structure and not really a lot of parking around there.

I would not stay here again. Homeless camps steps away from the property. Did not feel safe to walk around at night. Didn’t spend much time in the room but when we did the tv did not work and they could not resolve. Loud barking dogs on our floor. Room and lobby area were clean. Never made it to the rooftop bar or restaurant. Disappointed.
Overall, great property. I know they are aware of how noisy the area is, since they provided ear plugs and a noise machine on the nightstand. Great food. Friendly staff. No parking.
Facility is fine. There was an error in my checkout bill and the person corrected it. That’s why I always have my bill printed out to make sure it’s correct before leaving the hotel. There was no welcome letter in the room so you don’t know what’s complimentary. I had to ask the front desk. Snacks and small water bottles in the room were complimentary which was nice.
4 stars because there were homeless encampments on the side of the building but did not populate the entrance at all. Loved this place and the staff, I will be coming back.

Amazing experience, love the property, we stay there again
Good location and there are some good breakfast cafes nearby. And I left my child’s a stuffed animal after check out. My son was very frustrated and depressed. But they kept it and sent it back home. Thanks a lot for your service!
The front desk host was an amazing person. After a long drive from Las Vegas with kids, he really helped us feel at ease and accommodated our room to be in better condition and more spacious for the kids. I believe his name was Tyler. He was working Friday June 16 in the afternoon around 4:30. Because of him , we will definitely come back .
