No estan nada comodas las camas, esta super chiquitito el baño y da la impresion de no estar tan limpio ni tan seguro el hotel. No me volveria a quedar ahi

Iba todo bien, hasta que una noche empezaron con escuchar pláticas y discusiones hasta peleas en una de las habitaciones, no me dejaron dormir!!! parecía un hostal cuando realmente es un hotel, lo reporte pero aún seguían.... lástima de hotel

Hotel Centrico y agradable

El hotel esta enfrente de la plaza Santo Domingo donde se pone un mercado de artesanías y ropa, este lugar es el más barato para comprar pero hay que buscarle, la habitación es del tipo rústico, comoda, limpia, eso si, hay mucho movimiento afuera del hotel si tienes sueño ligero es posible que te despierte, la comida en el restaurante es buena y de buen precio, y el personal es muy amable, desde este hotel puede llegar caminando a la plaza principal y a las diversas amenidades que ofrece el lugar.

MALA ESTANCIA EN SAN CRISTOBAL

Tienen el estacionamiento de carga en un patio central al que da las habitaciones, es una pesadilla los ruidos que hacen desde las 11 de la noche hasta las 8 am todo el tiempo cargan y descargan. La habitacion tenia cucarachas El personal de recepcion una imagen deteriorada y cero calidad en servicio No cuenta con estacionamiento y les vale en donde dejes tu auto Comentamos nuestra molestia en recepcion e hicieron caso omiso

Hotel no cumplio con lo esperado

el personal del hotel muy amable y servicial, el restaurante nuena la comida pero le hace falta personal para la atención de los comensales. Las habitaciones pesimas, sin ventilación y con sensación a humedad. Francamente no regresaría a pesar de su magnifica ubicasión.

Me intentaron extorcionar la primera noche fue terrible y la gente de hotel está involucrada porque ellos me pasaron la llamada y evidentemente le dieron información a estas personas de hora de llegada y nombre No lo recomiendo de hecho deberían quitarlo de sus hoteles

PÉSIMA ESTANCIA

El servicio por parte de los empleados es adecuado, incluso amable sin embargo la gerente del hotel es una persona por demás prepotente, al llegar me informa que no hay servicio de estacionamiento por qué espacio es muy reducido y tiene que meter su camioneta que no hay lugar para mi auto que le haga como quiera que no es su problema, no te dan toallas suficientes, además pretenden que pagues un cargo extra si las toallas se ensucian, el servicio es pésimo, no se los recomiendo en lo absoluto pésima mi estancia en ese hotel

Pésimo. El hotel está muy viejo, las instalaciones no tienen mantenimiento, regaderas con fallas, sin toma-corrientes, poca luz, poca ventilación, demasiado ruido. El personal es grosero y sin atenciones, hacen mucho ruido en las mañanas ( gritan de extremo a extremo) y no permite descansar adecuadamente. No tienen estacionamiento para huéspedes, solo para la camioneta del hotel. Lo único rescatable es su ubicación. No lo recomiendo para nada. Fue una estadía incómoda.

Colonial style...historically conserved.

A colonial style hotel as the town does not allow changes to the original character of the downtown area. Charmingly comfortable with a restaurant on the premises. Beautiful gardens and patios. Lovely staff and quite honestly don't bother you. Our room was cleaned daily and aired out daily as moisture was always present by musty smell.But that is because it's an old hotel and not allowed to upgrade or modernizeven. But all in all a wonderful place to stay as it it's located in the skirts of downtown area in the original 20 barrios. Near central...shopping artisan wares and produce area. Loved this small town. Near lots of boutiques, shops,restaurants, and cocoa cafés. Everythingis close and night life is apparent as the people come out in the evening to walk about meandering and watching street performanceso, drinking cocoa,coffee or eating. Loved this hotel.

hotel lindo y bien ubicado.

Es un hotel, lindo lo básico para una buena visita a San. Cristobal, lo mejor es la ubicación a pocas cuadras del centro y enfrente de un mercado de artesanías de los mas grandes.
