Amazing location. Short walk to the town square. The hotel is extremely beautiful! Real authentic Mexican colors and art. Amazing friendly staff. The beds are hard and not so comfortable.

It was a quiet hotel with wonderful amenities, near the Museum de Ámbar. It was also possible to have a physical therapist, José, come do massage in the room, which was great because I had a cold and it helped me heal.

Beautiful

This place was amazing. The ONLY issue we had was the shower water was too hot. But not worth complaining aboit since most showers in Mexico are ice cold.

The hotel itself is beautiful and we loved the layout with lots of greenery. Staff was very attentive, helpful and polite. A plus is an enclosed garage to park a car if you have one. Our only issues were the cleanliness of the room. Was not the best, we found several hairs on pillows and bedsheets upon lifting covers. They did quickly replace our covers when we brought it up to their attention. A heads up for those not going for the saints celebration festivities. Avoid those days because you will not sleep since hotel is across a church. Celebrations are late at night. Not a negative to the hotel itself just the location. Others days are great.

A gem!

I wasn't expecting the place to be so charming and beautiful! We booked last minute but the price was very reasonable and included parking. The room we had with the king-size bed was very comfortable and had a great view. The terrace outside was very nice too. Handy location for wandering about. The aforementioned carpark is a bit painful but the porter ran out to help us get in without too much trouble. Some reviews mention hot water being an issue. The water was hot when we were then and didn't take long to come in.

They are very unfriendly to white foreigners, especially the short dark woman in the restaurant who behaves discourteously and bullies women and white people and talks behind their back. The staff are nice but not always professional.

Slightly disappointed

This was ok but we had a few issues - went down to the breakfast area early at 7am to get a coffee to take back to the room & they charged us 40pesos each for 2 small cups when if we'd gone at that time for breakfast, coffee was unlimited. Our room was also the furthest awày from the entrance possible & since the 2nd floor we were on had no lift & many different levels it was up & down all the time with our cases The room itself, whilst fine, didn't have an outside opening window The included breakfast was told to us as to what we were having rather than a menu to look at - our rate apparently was for an "American breakfast" & that was either eggs or pancakes, juice Or fruit & coffee. It was however fine. The location was good however but in not sure if we'd stay again

Las habitaciones muy limpias, el hotel es muy seguro, fui a celebrar mi aniversario de Bodas y con ayuda del personal me ayudaron con los arreglos de una decoracion y unos chocolates. Lo unico de deben mejorar es su internet en las habitaciones ya que en la 114 no llega la señal.
