Great experience

We stayed in a family room, very spacious with comftable beds. The hotel staff was very helpful. My family really enjoyed their stay at the hotel.

Rooms at the back of the hotel can hear the warning alarm go off when the underground parking gate opens. Staff were understanding and moved me to a room at the front of the hotel. I sensed that they were aware of the issue. Rooms were comfortable but i would pay more for a quieter hotel

Nice Stay

Really lovely staff and entry. The room was not remodeled as shown in the photos, but it was clean and spacious. Very nice view of the lake! Centrally located to great restaurants and cafes, and lake front only 1 block away. Helpful bag storage if you need it.

Service was excellent. Bathroom was outdated, but everything else was great. Took quite a while to get hot water. Has parking for $15 a day.

Soft hotel in Bariloche

The hotel was ok, people were nice and hepful at the reception, good breakfast. The bathroom was ok but when you turned on water taps you had to wait for the water to come out. The TV had bad signal. No clear picture. Another thing what has nothing to do with a hotel that across the street is a store with alcohol open the whole night. Young people do not respect the quiet night time.

We requested a double bed and instead got 3 twin beds. There was no air conditioning, and or room was on the first floor facing the main street so very noisy to open the window to get air.

Hotel bom , bem localizado , estafe excelente , muito prestativos e educados , em especial a Sra Guadalupe, café da manhã bom para o padrão do hotel, colchões muito duros e barulhentos são a única rassalva , quartos bem quentinhos .

Excelente doble balcón recomendado

La estancia, servicio, seguridad, ubicacion y precio fueron perfectos, la habitacion contaba condoble ventanal y balcón lo que la hacia muy linda y fresca. Adicional que tenia una linda vista. Tambien tenia una mesita con dos sillas ue podias ocupar para una linda cena en pareja con vista a la ciudad y parte del lago.

Es un hotel céntrico por lo que todo está cerca a pie, no puedes exigir silencio total porque está en una avenida concurrida pero muy buena ubicación. Staff agradable y amable. El desayuno no es muy variado.

Fiquei 4 noites no hotel, o pessoal da recepção foram os funcionários que tive mais acesso Diego muito simpático e se esforçava para atender sempre minhas solicitações e também fala bem o português. Não gostei do funcionário da madrugada do dia 14 de setembro. A má vontade em abrir a porta pois estava trancada pois tive que sair do hotel as 5 da manhã foi imensa, mandou que eu abrisse a porta e como eu não estava conseguindo me deixou ali até que eu ne irritei e disse "por favor abra" pois tinha um Uber me esperando...Parecia estar louco pra eu ir embora pra voltar a dormir. Fez meu check out parecia ser obrigado. Exceto isso todos os funcionários são muito gentis. O café da manhã é simples mas atende bem as necessidades. Os quartos são bons e silenciosos. Tudo muito limpo. Perto de lojas e restaurantes. Eu recomendo.

Hotel muito bom e completamente justo pelo preço. Atendimento excepcional da recepção, pessoal super atencioso e muito prestativo. Te passam dicas de lugares para jantar e passear. Quarto muito limpo, seguro e sem barulhos. Único ponto que reclamaria seria o valor caro do estacionamento, pois o mesmo não tem manobrista e não é de tão fácil acesso, e pelo preço que cobram para estacionar, acho que isso ficou a desejar. Mais de resto super recomendo o hotel!!!!!
