Clogged toilet. Reasonably friendly staff (even if they couldn't fix the toilet). Decent breakfast. Right next to Catedral bus stop. There are better options in town for comparable $$.

Quarto extremamente pequeno para 4 pessoas. Sem lugar para bagagem de todos. Banheiro também muito pequeno, nenhum lugar pra colocar escova de dentes, etc. café da manhã super limitado e igual todos os 6 dias que estivemos : café, Leite, ovos mexidos, medelunas salgadas e doces, frios e pão de forma. Antes de la reseña al hotel, dejo una para ustedes hoteles.com yo reserve con USTEDES! NO CON DESPEGAR!!! LLEGO AL HOTEL Y ME DICEN QUE MI RESERVA NO TENIA EL DESAYUNO PORQUE ESTABA RESERVADO POR DESPEGAR Y NO POR USTEDES!!!!!!!!!!! Cuando yo ya había pagado el desayuno con ustedes! Pésimo lo de la página, ahora me hace replantear si reservar con ustedes. Ccuádruple sumamente espaciosa, con un baño completo, vista a la calle, contábamos con calefacción tv plasma cable, en cuanto a la decoración si tendría una sugerencia los colores oscuros no favorecen mucho a la habitación la hacen sumamente deprimente por suerte tuvimos la oportunidad de que nos cambien de habitación porque realmente no parecía lo que habíamos alquilado en cambio en la que nos cambió era exactamente como se ve en las fotos, es un hotel sencillo,chico tiene un desayuno que podría mejorar MUCHÍSIMO, cuentan con servicio de cafetería todo el dia, la calefacción estuvo correcta nunca fue excesiva ni tampoco faltó, eso sí en el lobby faltaría tal vez alguna mampara o algo para cerrar porque ahí sí se siente mucho más el frío a la hora de desayunar, la vista desde donde se hace el desayuno es muy buena se ve todo lo que es el lago nahuel huapi y las montañas de fondo, en cuanto al servicio de limpieza impecable las piezas siempre estuvieron ordenadas, limpias, con el recambio de toallas no tuvimos problema, excelente ubicación! Martín un genio! Nos resolvió todo!

Me gustó mucho la ubicación, ya que a una cuadra de este esta el transporte público para el aeropuerto y el principal punto turístico (cerro catedral). También está a una cuadra de la principal calle del centro civico.

Hotel muito simples, a foto do quarto não condiz com a foto da reserva (tinha um mega pilar dentro do quarto sobre minha cabeça) café da manhã argentino é simples, porém nesse hotel é MEGA SIMPLES (sem ovo tem, nem que você peça), numa próxima vez procuraria outras opções.

Chambre correcte ; pas de porte à la penderie Salle de bains avec lavabo , bidet , W C et baignoire mais plus de place pour bouger .Petit déjeuner à minima ; pas de jus de fruit frais , pas de pain frais ; juste du pain grillé et des croissants ,les assiettes pour se servir minuscules et le beurre un peu rance .Ne demandez pas à être réveillé ;ça ne fonctionne pas du tout ; je crois bien que c'est moi qui ai réveillé le jeune homme en charge de le faire . 3 étoiles ; c'est sur classé .Wifi très lente et instable .

Přijel jsem zničen sněžením v horách, cestoval jsem na kole, takže jakýkoliv hotel by pro mne byl oázou. Zde to bylo lepší neboť - recepční mluvil skvěle anglicky (byl jediný), o kolo se mi postarali, aniž bych musel něco řešit, v koupelně byla vana, kde jsem vyhřál své namrzlé údy. Hotelová snídaně nadprůměrná, cena vzhledem k oblasti spíše nízká, super poloha v centru.

The staff were very nice and helpful. We were offered a room upgrade (to lake view) for and additional 100 pesos per night. The upgraded room was small and needed updating (especially the bathroom). Breakfast was good and the hotel is located close to downtown and all major bus stops.
