Nice space. Not huge, but big enough to have bag on the floor. Heated floors are nice. Shower had plenty of hot water. Cafe downstairs is nice. Clean bed was comfy.

Comfortable and accommodating space near city cent

First of all, Gisela of ROLANDO BEDS was extremely attentive and very helpful to us throughout our stay. She assisted with room cleanings, transportation questions and taxis for tourism. We cannot say enough about her friendly hospitality : ) Location is great: within 10 min walking to city center. FYI, Residence Name changed from El Residencial to ROLANDO BEDS It is just a private room with an adjoined private bathroom. Space is small, but adequate because most time is spent outside the room. Very safety conscious. Building comes with many codes to enter and exit. Room Comes with a smart TV which is a plus! Another major plus, the bathroom and room were heated very warmly, which was very comfortable. If you are a hot, you can open the window too. Outside the room, in the hallway is a common space with free water, hot water heater, tea, instant coffee and a microwave.

Bon emplacement mais fuillez si vous voulez un peu de comfort. La fenêtre de la salle de bain ne s'ouvre pas et n'y a pas d'aération. Le matelas est usé, il n'y a pas d'air conditionné, TV disponible mais impossible de se connecter au Netflix. Pendant notre séjour de 3 jours nous n'avons pas eu de service de nettoyage, pas de nouveaux essuis, poubelles non vidées. Vous trouvez à l'arrivée 2 petit savons, 2 shampooing et 2 après shampooing pour tout le séjour pour 2 personnes. Il n'y a pas de réception, communication uniquement pas message WhatsApp. Les chambres nécessitent une sérieuse rénovation. Les couloirs du bâtiment par contre sont en bon état et il y a un petit coin salon avec bouilloire, grille pain, micro-onde, eau, café et thé à disposition. Wifi correct.

Lamentável !! Internet pessima , não havia um lugar na habitação com uma pequena cozinha para aquecer um café , tv não funciona, infelizmente não voltaria , coisas simples não tinha.

O quarto estava com alguns pontos de mofo. E o barulho da rua era grande. Teve uma batida em frente ao predio que parevia que o carro tinha batido no prédio. Podia estar mais bem cuidado o quarto.

Lugar muy acojedor, precio/calidad van de la mano. Muy cerca del centro, es tranquilo, la ducha sale con agua muy caliente y todo el ambiente es limpio. Para destacar el desayuno, muy rico... podes elegir entre medialunas, medialuna jyq o budin, la atencion de los chicos unos genios. Y gisella fue muy amable y gentil con cada inquietud. Volveria sin dudas!!
