La atenciĆ³n fue todo!!

Nos tocĆ³ un fin de semana de locos! No habĆ­a luz en todo Bariloche por la gran Nevada y pese a los inconvenientes la atenciĆ³n del Hotel fue increĆ­ble! Siempre de buen humor llevando tranquilidad a los huĆ©spedes. Marcelo y equipo se portaron 10 puntos! Nos cancelaron vuelos y ellos consiguieron hospedaje y remis para ir al aeropuerto cuando todo estaba parado. MƁS que recomendable quedarse ahĆ­. Si Tenes un problema, seguro ellos te lo solucionan y eso es invalorable! AdemĆ”s el hotel estĆ” muy bien ubicado, walking distance a la base del cerro. Definitivamente volveremos!!

Soft Catedral - Equipe nota 10 !!

Os quartos sao antigos, mas bem limpos, tivemos problema para entender como funcionava a descarga do vaso sanitario, mas ok, aprendemos. Os travesseiros eram muito finos, deu um pouco de torcicolo. O atendimento do Marcelo e sua equipe foram excepcionais, nos ajudaram em tudo que precisamos, desde pedir umas empanadas ate alugar um carro. Nota 10 pra ele e sua equipe.

Buen precio, cercania a la montaƱa

Buen hotel en el cerro a excelente precio. Ideal para esquiar. Muy economico en comparacion von otros hoteles de similares caracteristicas. La habitacion que me toco era un departamento de 2 ambientes con mini cocina. Excelente para 2 personas. Excelente atencion.

USA in Bariloche. St Martin week.

Great place to stay for a 4 day ski trip. The facilities are slightly dated but that adds a lot of charm. Our room, 1F is right next to the elevator shaft. That may bother people as it is associated with noise during rush hour in the hotel. We were not looking for glitz and glam for our ski trip. Just a comfortable, dependable place to stay with a helpful staff. This hotel met all of our expectations. The hotel can transmit sound easily but this never kept us awake. Ski storage in the lobby was safe and secure. We never felt uncomfortable here. We were very happy with our stay. We felt we got the correct quality for the price we paid. We would stay again for the same rate anytime.

Hotel muy cĆ³modo en la base del cerro

Todo estuvo perfecto. El personal es muy amable y estĆ” predispuesto a ayudar. La habitaciĆ³n tambiĆ©n estaba en muy buenas condiciones y el desayuno estaba bueno, con varias opciones. Se puede pedir comida para comer en la habitaciĆ³n y tambiĆ©n hay un restaurant muy lindo al lado del hotel, por si uno quiere salir a la noche sin caminar mucho. Este restaurant tambiĆ©n tiene un almacĆ©n. AdemĆ”s, la ubicaciĆ³n es ideal, se llega caminando en poco tiempo a los medios de elevaciĆ³n. Muy recomendable!!

El hotel sobre rentĆ³ la habitaciĆ³n pagada por mĆ­.

Quiero dejar constancia por este medio que el hotel "Soft Catedral" sobrerentĆ³ la habitaciĆ³n que yo habĆ­a reservado y CANCELADO CON PAGO COMPLETO ADELANTADO. De modo que al momento de llegar a Bariloche, me entero que NO TENƍAN LA HABITACIƓN QUE YO HABƍA PAGADO COMPLETA ANTES DE INICIAR MI VIAJE. Eran las ocho de la noche, Bariloche estaba a pleno y nosotros como familia sin saber dĆ³nde Ć­bamos a dormir. SerĆ­a largo de comentar aquĆ­ todos los nervios y contratiempos pasados por lo que los omito. Finalmente nos derivaron a un hotel de categorĆ­a muy inferior, sin hacerse cargo por la FALTA GRAVE COMETIDA. IniciarĆ© todas las acciones que estĆ©n a mi alcance para reclamar para que se repare y se me indemnice por todos los contratiempos que me han hecho pasar a raĆ­z de este delito.

Hotel muito velho. Excelentes atendimento e local

O Hotel Ć© muito velho, muito mesmo. Ficamos sem Ć”gua quente em duas noites por aproximadamente 1 hora (usam caldeira). O aquecimento Ć© central e nĆ£o se regula do quarto, que estava muito, mas muito quente sempre! dormĆ­amos com a janela entreaberta para suportar. NĆ£o hĆ” vending machine de nada e nĆ£o se pode comprar uma Ć”gua, vĆ” preparado, especialmente se viaja com crianƧa como eu. A localizaĆ§Ć£o Ć© muito boa, vai-se a pĆ© atĆ© a base do cerro tranquilamente! O atendimento Ć© excelente, muito atenciosos e prestativos, em todos os sentidos.

Ficamos 6 dias, O hotel tem mobiliĆ”rio velho e o aquecimento de agua na alta temporada Ć© deficitĆ”rio. Tirando isso, o cafĆ© da manhĆ£, os quartos sĆ£o espaƧosos, tem itens de cozinha pra quem quer comer em casa. Ɖ bom e os funcionĆ”rios sĆ£o muito solĆ­citos e atenciosos. Pra quem quer esquiar recomendo.

Custo benefĆ­cio para esquiadores

Ɖ uma boa opĆ§Ć£o para quem vai esquiar em Cerro Catedral pois Ć© prĆ³ximo ( - 300 m ) e tambĆ©m pelo valor mais em conta. A equipe Ć© bem atenciosa e o quarto estava limpo, mas as instalaƧƵes sĆ£o bastante antigas e estĆ£o necessitando de uma boa reforma. Quando fomos o hotel estava bem freqĆ¼entado (por famĆ­lias que foram ao Cerro Catedral). CafĆ© da manhĆ£ bom.

O hotel Ć© bom, satisfatĆ³rio, atendentes muito solĆ­citos e gentis. Somente senti falta de um serviƧo de quarto mĆ­nimo, se quisesse comprar Ć”gua, teria que deixar o hotel.
