Hotel Lobby updated and comfortable. Room was very worn out and needs to be updated. Bed was comfortable, plenty of hot water for showering. Lake view room great view of lake. Location good. Older hotel without much mainatnce and updating in the rooms.

We booked 2 superior lake view rooms. The cleanliness and decor were terrible. Broken tiles in the bathroom, doors broken, parts of the bathtub damaged. Dirty floors. In 1 room there was a balcony so cracked and broken it looked dangerous. The metal window frames were rusty. We asked to change rooms but were told it wasn’t possible as the hotel was fully booked.

Room was very dirty (dirty linens, shoes marks in bathroom and on the toilet bowl, hair in bathtub, damaged furniture and walls, overall disgusting. The lobby looked nice ... I guess that's where they decided to put their money... Seriously need to update the rooms, will not be coming back. We do not recommend this hotel.

O hotel ele é localizado extremamente bem localizado, próximo a estacionamento de carros privado, restaurantes. O hotel pelo custo benefício atende, o café da manhã BÁSICO, mas ok. Não possui serviço de quarto, limpeza dos quartos todos os dias, e limpeza ok. Pontos de melhoria: sinal de Wi-Fi precisa ser melhorado.

La atención fue cordial, el hotel posee un desayuno bastante completo, cuenta con una excelente ubicación en el centro de Bariloche, destaco la hermosa vista y cercanía al lago Nahuel Huapi. Cómo aspecto negativo falta de comunicación en el personal de recepción, las habitaciones se encuentran deterioradas y colchones gastados. Estábamos celebrando nuestro aniversario y pasó desapercibido.

Um bom hotel, bem localizado, e funcionários simpáticos. Tudo muito bom com exceção do Wi-Fi que é muito ruim. No quarto não pegava . É o pior de tudo foi na hora do pagamento, como a reserva era em dólar, eles cobraram o valor do dólar muito acima da cotação. Me cobraram o dólar à 43,00 pesos argentinos.
