"Gio was great when we checked in. Gave us a great room with a view. He was professional and friendly. Even suggested great food spots around the area."

"Honestly this is the most unprofessional “stay” i have ever encountered. Apparently the listing was “taken off” and shouldn’t have been available. The owner did not reach out or say anything and when I tried to reach out, my calls were saying they were not accepting calls. It took me going to the property to see another guest having the same problem as myself. We had to get a phone number from separate guests staying downstairs just to get a hold of the owner who still did not help in getting a refund or any answers. This was the worst and I hope no one else books here. "
