Staff was great Aaliyah and Shelby we so sweet. They always greeted us on our way in and out for the day. Breakfast could use a little more variety. Floor was dirty and slippery inside the cramped room. Too small for 2 people.for 5 day stay. Loud street noise but great to be close to all.

The staff and cleanliness of the hotel was really nice! My only gripe with our stay was about parking. They have NO parking it is Valet ONLY. It was probably mentioned somewhere, but honestly, it wasn't clear enough for me to catch ahead of time. Me personally? I don't want have to pay for parking after already paying for the room itself. Other than that it was a great stay and if there was parking included we would go again.

There is cheap parking out front if you can get it and they let me know before i paid for valet, i only went for a concert so it was helpful to sabe the money. The breakfast was not bad and staff was super sweet. The room was very clean and had a nice big window. It was a great experience all in all considering we didn’t require a long stay but I’m sure a longer stay would have been just as accommodating. Can’t go wrong staying here.

The rooms were pretty small but clean. Location was great for what we needed. Saved a lot of money by parking on the street. The website claimed 24 hour coffee. However evetytime my husband went for coffee it was either cold or out. He had to ask for it at least 6 times during our 2 night stay. Breakfast was OK.

Room need to be clean more . Wall paper coming off . I had to run water for like 10-15 minutes so warm water could reach the shower. Which it was an inconvenience. I though it was only out room but after talking to other people it was also their room. Breakfast was a plus n it was included

I had a wonderful stay. The amenities were all fully functioning and the staff was very helpful with any questions we may have had. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars was the parking situation. Valet was 36.00 a night, and there were no additional parking options provided

The rolls were very clean and the staff was super friendly. Free breakfast was nice! Elevators need work. The skip your floor and sometimes don’t open, kinda scary because they shake a bit. Also they have no parking but they do have valet and it’s extra per day.

There are a lot of hotels in the downtown San Antonio area. Right next to the river walk and Alamo, both a 5 minute walk. For a smaller hotel (only 4 floors) it actually has a ton of amentities. Pool, laundry, gym, breakfast included. Room had everything I needed. Only thing missing that usually in hotel rooms was a safe. You can tell it’s a newer hotel. Nice lobby as well. Staff was there 24/7 and incredibly friendly and helpful
