The guy working at the front desk (don’t know if he was a manager or what) was an absolutely delight and very friendly. However the room that we got was absolutely garbage. Water was leaking from the roof onto the carpet so the room had a moldy nasty smell and the floor leading to the bathroom was wet. The coffee pot wasn’t working and was missing the pot. The restroom was not clean at all and the toilet was broken. Should’ve gone to a different hotel instead.

First room toilet was backed up and would not flush. The next room was black mold on the ceiling in the bathroom cracks exposed in the ceiling in the living room carpets were dirty, stained walls and assorted other. The hotel did not offer coffee or breakfast as stated there was no coffee in the room towels were staying stained, and not enough. Staff stated they were going through renovations, which the rooms showed they really really needed. This was the most discouraging day we have ever been on. We know that the hotel room was low priced, but did not feel the price matched the poor quality of the rooms and Services. Expedia should be ashamed to even advertise this property. Very disappointed.

The room was horrible. Roaches, dusty,hair, and no breakfast. Pool was GREEN. The room smelled of smoke also cigarette butt's were in the sink. Hair all around the bathroom floor. The 1 bright spot was Mrs. Sandra the housekeeper, she really made sure we had towels and bathroom tissue when we needed them. I would not recommend anyone of my family or friends staying at this location.

Comfortable evening away

Comfortable with everything we needed and extras we did not expect. Friendly, easy check in (and check out). Excellent deal for the price. We will be back for sure.

Our room was not cleaned before we checked in. There was old food in the fridge, trash around the room, dirty towels, and a wad of spit/snot in the sink. After seeing all of this we chose to not stay and just left that same night.

Have never had this before. Paid for my room online get here and guys says card machine not working i say its already paid for he says that wont work. I show him my receipt and confirmation number still says i need cash. Mind you i have been driving all day and just wont the room i paid for. Anyway i end up paying for another room cause at this point im furious with this guy. I will never stay here again. BS.
