Had a reservation for a room with a microwave and refrigerator. They didn't have any left when I checked in. So what is the point of a reservation? Bedsheets and towels had stains. One guest left right after checking in because there were bugs all over the beds. The smell of weed each time you walked outside. Large groups of people hanging out in the parking lot drinking and smoking during the evening into after midnight making noise. No cleaning or maid services. Had to go to HEB to get toilet paper and trash bags.

The floor mats outside the room and the walkway were extremely dirty. The towels were older than my grandmother. Reception area is very dirty.

There was hair on one towel. The bathroom faucet was not working well. Water splattered out and faucet handle could not be controlled. The floor was creaking.

Bed sheets had stains on them. Towels had stains on them. The bed had hairs like if someone had slept on it and they just made the bed and re rented the room. I had rented the room for two nights and i only stayed one, i prefered to lose my money rather than staying another night.

Worst experience EVER!!!!!!! My room had a smart tv which requires internet obviously, the internet was SUPER SUPER SUPER Slow was not able to watch live tv or stream anything!!! The first room I was assigned had HORRIBLE Visible brown stains on the white sheets it was disgusting, the ac unit was missing the cover panel, the restroom door was cracked in multiple places…I’ve stayed here before with no problems but today was just HORRIBLE!!!

Staff was friendly but other than that I would not recommend. The room was dirty pillows had dirty marks all over them and the headboard was greasy and the ac didn’t work We ended up booking another room and stayed somewhere else in a safer area.

Had to be moved to another room limited WiFi spotty AC in the first room. Second room was not that much better other than the Wi-Fi connection, little to no AC throughout the night, TV was spotty. This is the first bad experience I've had at this location

Terrible place. Beds are hard and uncomfortable. AC was not working properly. Restroom door was all chewed up, probably by a dog. Other guests had dogs which were making a lot of noise. Couldn't find ice machine.

Freshly painted rooms, comfortable beds and pillows, frdge gets nice and cold, microwave worked good. 7 min drive to hospital, many restaurants to choose from close by. Only thing i would add is maybe a coffee maker in the room!

The bed had dirty sheets and there was a cockroach in the bathroom also the towels were dirty. Was literally there maybe 30 to 40 minutes tops debating on whether to go sleep in my vehicle cuz it was 4:00 in the morning. Not once laid in that bed due to the dirty sheets

When I get to the room assigned to me the sheets and pillowcases on both beds we’re visibly stained GROSS, the beds were neatly made with very stained sheets & very visible cigarette burn holes…..the tv was not working at all, after a couple of hours of waiting the property manager came and I was moved to another room where my stay was finally pleasant. The property manager was Great!!! I have pictures of the sheets if need!!

The stay was terrible. All nite I could feel springs from mattress. Sheets look like they were not changed. Upon walking in the floors were gross hadn’t been cleaned at all. We changed rooms due to first room not having refrigerator and floors filthy, the second room was even worse. Extremely loud music in parking lot half the nite from a lot of men partying.
