Management and staff come to guest rooms at dinner time unannounced. I asked the manager to please call next time and she refused. Rude and inconsiderate management.

Do not go by the picture as advertised. This is the worst place I have ever been. Let me put it this way, I was reserved for 8 days. It was so bad that I checked out after 1 hour forfeiting the whole payment. Not only was the room uncomfortable, unpleasant, and shabby, when I went outside I saw a person walking into a near by room with an ankle monitor. That pushed me right over the edge. No way would I feel safe.

Bates Motel

It was the worst hotel stay I have ever done. Bad Wifi, none working stove, Dirty bathroom, drunks in the parking, ladies coming and going all times of the night and finally a peeping Tom thru the window. Only stayed 4 of the 10 nights I paid for. Of course they would not give back a dime on the nights we could not stay. It was not safe. Service, there is none and the office and phones don't answer at night. The Bates Motel was better. This is definitely the hotel from HELL.

Poor customer service but decent room

The staff wasnt courteous. They micromanaged by demanding my window not be open at all, ever. I had to close it immediately. My key didn't open the laundromat until i remade it. Rooms have carpet but only housekeeping has a vacuum and its offered on Thursdays but for no reason will the guest be alllowed to use it to vacuum their own room. Housekeeping must be allowed entrance to ur room..

The only thing i liked was that its location was close to my school and work. I didnt like that the room had this weired odor. Also the beds were horriable rooms do not look like photo very over priced for the beds you have to sleep in the floor was more comfy than that bed . maids were nice but saw them twice for the month i stayed there.The office ladies seem not to nice at all poor service. One morning at 5:00am someone kept knocking at my door creepy .

Our room was clean and decent. We had a kitchen, 2 beds and a restroom it was enough for us because we hardly stayed in the room while we were there. We didn't have any problems. There staff was nice and friendly. And we were like 20 minutes from downtown. The surroundings of the hotel where quiet!! I would definitely stay again here!!

Internet never works right and this is one of their main advertising gimmicks price is to high for a week's stay when it lacks comfort no pool no activities for kids no seats outside where to smoke or to just sit outside for a bit . Needs much improvement .. but the maids as maintenance is so friendly and polite

As expected

The room was about what you would expect for the price. The chemical/cleaning product/air freshener smell was a little overwhelming for me, but my family that stayed there didn't complain. The main issues were the office only being open during the times were were out exploring, but they did provide a contact number for us to call outside of those hours. The last night of the stay, both cards to access the room stopped working, so they did need to use to number, and it was a little inconvenient but someone came to let them in.
