Front Desk staff were excellent. They went above and beyond to help us get our rooms coordinated so i could be next to my family. My daughter was not aware she had lost her credit card. They couldn't contact her so , @ 3A somehow they figured out who I was and called me to come retrieve it. Above all Adam at guest services went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant 🙃I would highly recommend them

Good hotel for individuals looking to be close to the San Antonio night life and river walk. Not the best hotel for families with little ones looking to get an early night sleep. Parking not available on hotel ground, only Valet parking available or paid parking lots. Staff personnel were top notch.

The hotel was in a great location: very near stop #7 of the trolley tour; very near the Alamo, and there were stairs to the River Walk right around the corner. We did have to ask for bath towels and a luggage rack. Our room was not serviced on our only day there and we had to ask for wash clothes, water and more coffee. The desk staff were great and the requests were filled quickly, but these were things we shouldn’t have had to adk for.

Valet Richard was a jerk. There was on maintenance guy wish I got his name but he was on top of his game. Not a bad location, reasonably priced, maybe it was an off day but yea it wasn’t “great”
