I will start by saying the front desk clerk whom I interacted with the most could not have been more helpful or friendly. She was great. Other than that, there were a few issues we encountered: We checked in, put everything in our room, and then left to eat dinner. When I closed the door, I checked it to make sure it locked behind me. It did not lock. I tried several times, and it would not lock. We were moved to another room. Later that night in our new room, I went to take a shower and realized there was no shower curtain in the room. I had to request one at the front desk and put it up myself. We stayed four nights. We reused our towels on day two, but on day three we put the used towels in the hall so that we could get new towels. We got back to the room at the end of the day, and there were no new towels in the room. I had to go to the front desk to request more. The same night, we ran out of toilet paper. Most hotel rooms have at least one spare roll. Ours did not. I went back to the front desk and was told that the entire hotel was out of toilet paper and there would not be any more until at least 10 PM. We made due, and I got some more the next morning. All in all, the hotel was nice enough, conveniently located, and priced well, but these things I mentioned above were pretty basic things that I feel like shouldn't be a problem when you're spending over $120 per night on a hotel.

Good place to stay

Great place to stay while visiting family. Had small issues while there. No towels in our bathroom and found a single shoe in closet in our room. Other then that is was a good stay.

The stay at this location was good. It was quiet and convenient. The only complaint I have is that I booked a King size bed but was given a queen size bed. Also, the room did not have a remote for the tv the entire stay. Other than that, everything was good.
