"Great location"

"Overall, we had a mixed experience. This is definitely a family-oriented hotel and seems best suited for families with younger children, especially under 12. The Animation Team was wonderful — fun, kind, energetic and genuinely welcoming. The food selection was also excellent, with lots of variety. Unfortunately, some pool staff, particularly those dressed in all white, were consistently rude and dismissive. We brought an inflatable pool ring for our child and specifically asked a staff member...

"Clean and good amenities"

"Fatal !

"Nice pool area and the food was quite nice with loads of vegetarian options, particularly at breakfast and lunch, not so much at dinner"

"What kind of all-inclusive doesn’t have some type of food available after dinner service? Why does the bar have to close at 12:00? Can’t one person stay on to serve the people that want to stay up a little later. Why can’t the kitchen staff make a decent hamburger? Bar and drink menu is an A+. Kitchen quality and flexibility is a C-minus."

"Personal sehr freundlich und aufmerksam; Zimmer jeden Tag sauber"

"A very sweet and easy going stay. Everyone very friendly from the team to the guests. A relaxed and no pressured environment perfect for if you want to relax and unwind. Close to all the main parts but far enough out to not be accosted by it. Highly recommend if you want a slower pace holiday with the option of dipping in and out of the scene."
