"Unfriendly office staff... not at all welcoming. Exposed wire on power strip was a fire hazard. Hard bed with extra large neck-breaking pillows. Rolled up a towel for a pillow instead. Worst of all… bugs and ants! Lots and lots of ants! Booked for three nights… wanted to leave immediately. Checked out after first night… On a positive note, Seven Eleven on first floor of building was convenient. Security guard was pleasant (much more so than office staff). Easy access to beach. "

"The condo itself was lovely. The location was good on the main street and we knew there was no easy beach access from there. This was balanced out by the lovely big pool it has. Here is where things went horribly awry. Unbeknownst to us the pool was closed for maintenance the day before we arrived for 6 weeks. "It was very complicated. When we went to check in and shoed the staff our confirm reservation from Expedia, they didn't allow us to check in. They requested for another confirm document from the property which we didn't receive any email from the property. It took us almost 1 hour to check in."
