"The hotel is in a good area. Very convenient and everywhere was within walking distance. The hotel was very thoughtful to hand out sweet treats during our stay because it's Christmas. The room itself was well designed and very cozy; however our room in particular had some defects: the bathroom door doesn't close and the coffee machine doesn't work well, but these things aren't major so we can overlook. I would recommend this hotel to friends who wish to visit Salzburg. "

In a great location near the train station and tram/bus link straight into town if you don't wanna walk the 10 minutes. Would stay again if I’m ever in Salzburg. "

Quando chegamos fomos muito bem atendidos pelo Front Desk Andreas, atendimento cortês, personalizado, eficiente e excelente! Andreas fala português, é muito prestativo e simpático, nos deu várias dicas de turismo e isso facilitou muito. Recebemos um cartão gratuito para transporte público em Salzburgo e isso valeu muito a pena. O quarto é confortável, camas e lençóis de boa qualidade. Todo dia o quarto era...
