"10/10 hotel! The staff is beyond friendly and attentive to your needs and the hotel is beautiful. Great rooms, very clean, and thick walls so you don’t hear the rooms around you. I slept great!
Very easy walk to the garden of Salzburg and the old town center. Highly recommend and would stay again.
The rooftop restaurant is also very good and has great service. "
"I arrived on 17.30 pm. I lost my phone last 2 days before arrive at the hotel. It was so problems. I used my friend phone to called the hotel. I was appreciated by them. They were helping to come for checked in for me . Because they sent the code for check in to me by email. The room was so cleaned and comfortable. I can see the lake closer. Unfortunately it was raining all day. But still so beautiful. I hope i will come back again. "
"First of all - full real air conditioning. Too often in Europe there is either no AC or there is some sort of “economical” one. With 32C/close to 100F outside you really need one.
Great breakfast with gluten free options. If you refuse room cleaning you get drink coupons for the bar. The hotel is 100 feet from pedestrian street with tons of shopping and dining options."

"We really liked this hotel and would happily stay there again if we came back to Salzburg. Excellent location near the train station but within walking distance of the old town. The hotel is modern and functional in style, with good sized bedrooms featuring electrically activated blinds. There is nothing flash about it but it looks good. Despite being by the train tracks, we were not disturbed at all by any train noise. Our favourite things about the hotel were the roof top bar with its 360...
