The receptionist I met was excellent — very helpful, polite, well‑mannered, and accommodating. The hotel offers a good breakfast and has a beautiful outdoor seating area with mountain views. The dedicated parking spaces were occupied but there is an easily accessible public parking on the other side of the main road that’s affordable. Nicely decorated room. A minus for the bathroom door being a transparent glass sliding door - not much room for privacy. Very strong perfume smell in the lobby which was otherwise the only drawback. "The place seemed a little like something out of a horror film. The room itself was nice (the balcony door was broken which was disappointing) but the actual facility is nothing like the pictures. I never saw a staff person (not sure if there is even breakfast available) and the place was completely dark and dead even though I got there during the supposed check in time. Definitely bring water and snacks for your stay. "

"Booked it last second. I got the check in information right away and got in a couple hours later. Super spacious with two big bedrooms is hard to beat. Right next to the railway cog that takes you up the mountain which is so cool! And you can hear the stream from inside. Great deck too. Grateful for my stay!"
