"The hotel is under renovation at the time of stay, room is very spacious, walking distance to Mirabel garden (just across the street). Lots of stores outside. basically close to the church and a market."

"The location of the hotel was great. The staff was very nice and helpful and the accoustics (no noise) was excellent.
However, the breakfast was expensive (37 Euros), although they specify that they have air conditioning - it does not work since the entire hotel was switced to "winter mode" and it was too hot in the room, which was a big pain since we stayed there for 7 nights."

"Amazing staff, by far the best hotel we stayed at between Austria and Europe. Solid breakfast with lots of options. Staff that was willing and eager to help you find your way around Salzburg and the transportation. Great location next to a lot of restaurants, bars, and shopping. Safe area.
Hotel was very pretty! Definitely recommend this hotel."
