"Room was cleaned daily. Bed was comfortable. Upon initial check in the gentlemen was not to pleasant and to be honest a bit rude, when I questioned him about staying an additional night, sure wish I got his name. On the flip side the next morning, there was another staff member (Sissi) which was extremely helpful on establishing a reservation for an additional night. There was another staff member (Irma) who also assisted. These 2 ladies deserve some type of recognition that each front desk employee should hold themselves to their standards of customer service and politeness. "

"Our stay at Wyndham Grand Salzburg Conference Centre was excellent. The room was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and everything felt well maintained and quiet. The staff were friendly and professional, and check-in/check-out was smooth. Great location for getting around Salzburg, and overall a very comfortable, stress-free stay."
