"We have been traveling Europe and have tried to book RH Collection Hotels whenever they are available. They have all been very clean and comfortable. They have nice amenities. The breakfasts have numerous food choices. The hotel in Salzburg had great staff at the front desk. They were very kind and helpful. I was however, deeply disappointed in the bar tender. We went to the bar area two different nights. The gentleman serving as the bar tender never came to ask if we would like anything. One evening he was no where around. We had to wait quite a while for him. Then he ignored us. We had to go to him to ask for drinks. When he brought them to us he simply set them down and walked away. He needs more training in customer service. It lack of service made me less happy about the RH brand of hotels in general."

"Room was spotless and good location. Sweets, muffins and umberella a lovely touch. Customer serve is excellent and check in super easy. I will definitely be back."

"The hotel location next to the main station in Salzburg was outstanding. Everything in the vistor sections of Salzburg was walkable. The hotel restaurant on the 15th Floor offered a nice buffet. Hu:goes Bar on the 14th floor had an awesome view of the Alps in the city’s backdrop"

"We stayed at Leonardo Boutique Hotel for 4 nights. It was wonderful. Clean, spacious rooms. Small fridge in room which was super handy for our hiking snacks. Buffet breakfast was yummy with lots to choose from. Staff were pleasant and very helpful. Location was perfect. Close to great restaurants, attractions and transportation. We took the bus one day to hike Untersberg. Another day we took the train to Werfen to visit the ice caves. Super convenient. I'd definitely recommend staying here"
