We've stayed at this hotel for a third time. It's great value for money. The rooms are functional and clean. The staff at reception is welcoming and you can get tea and coffee in the communal areas. Salzburgu city centre can be reached within a half hour walk. The hotel has a couple parking spaces. When they are taken parking on the street is free over the weekends as well with plenty of space available during our stay.
The accommodations were newly renovated and very nice! Beds were very comfortable. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful with our requests. It was close to a bus stop and train station to get you anywhere you needed to be. I would recommend this place!
Nice convenient place to stay in Salzburg. Close to affordable eats and a walkable distance to all sights and attractions. Perfect for young couples and young families.
Amazing stay, close to the station 14 min walking and if you dont want to walk 15 minutes to the old town, bus stop is right across the hotel, friendly and helpful people at the reception. Hotel will keep your bags before or after checkout so you can explore.
Nice room with sink and mirror, bathroom & showers were separate, but we never had a problem getting in. Bus station was nearby to get you to more central area.
We loved our stay here. It was clean and functional and the hostess at check in was super helpful. Would stay here again in Salzburg. Highly recommend.
The property is in a quiet location, but walkable distance to the main parts of town and is also beside a bus stop. It is very clean, the staff are very helpful, and our room also had an amazing Mountain View!
Couldn't have asked for more. Lovely big room with a sofa and a mountain view out of the window, clean shower room with good water pressure, a nice comfy bed, and Christoph on reception was friendly and helpful.
The hotel is only seven minutes' walk from the station - the immediate area around it is a sort of light industrial area, nothing wrong with it but there's not a lot on the doorstep - however there are regular buses into town and you get free public transport as part of the city taxes you pay when you stay in Salzburg.
It was so clean, tidy, and fragrant in my room! The humidifier kept my room cool and it was so nice to have been upgraded with a private shower! Receptionist was also very friendly and super helpful :) I felt very comfortable and relaxed here. Thanks Pension Elisabeth :)
I had a lovely stay. The staff at the reception (I think his name was Frank?) was very helpful. He explained everything I needed to know about the bus, attractions, and even gave suggestions for halal food. Also get go buy the Salzburg card from them and it was really convenient. Bed was comfortable and the room was nice and clean. Location was also very close to the train station, and there's a bus stop right across the accomodation. Would totally recommend this place!
Spacious room for three of us, we had everything needed, very friendly staff - helped us with transport tickets and Salzburg card, walking distance from the station and a bus stop outside, 10 min to old town. Everything was great. Thank you
Cute property. I’m not a fan of shared bathrooms and showers, but I knew what I was getting when I booked. They were clean, very modern and convenient. The location was great as well. Everything was walkable, and there was a bus practically right across the street. The street was busy a little noisy, though.
We arrived early in the day and the staff went out of their way to get the room ready for us within 15 minutes of arrival -- even though official check-in time wasn't until much later in the day. The room was simple and clean. Three of us stayed in the room, and there was one double bed and one chair that folded out to a bed, which they'd already made up for us. If you follow the hotel's directions on getting to/from the main train station (through the parking lot of an apartment building), the walk was short (about 8 minutes) and straightforward. They assisted us with how to use the bus which stopped just across the street to get downtown, as well. Everyone on staff was extremely nice.
We stayed 2 nights here while visiting Salzburg. It was a nice stay. The staff was very friendly and accommodating to English. We even lost one the keys for our rooms and they did not charge for it. Exceptional service. The only complaint was the shower in the room. It wasn’t the shower itself. The heat and pressure were fantastic. It was the fact that the doors to the shower leaked water out into the room. But I would definitely recommend it as a place to lay low near Salzburg.
