"Stort, fint rum. Sköna sängar. A/C som fungerade bra (vilket var super eftersom det var över 30 grader utomhus när vi var där!) Bra badrum med tillräckligt plats. Dusch i badkar och med ett stort duschmunstycke som fungerade felfritt och även takdusch som var rejält i storlek och fungerade felfritt. Hotellet har en pool som var KALL men ack så skön i värmen! Frukosten hade ALLT man kan tänkas behöva och med stor matsal så man behöver inte trängas alltför mycket. Parkeringsgaraget direkt under hotellet vilket ju är smidigt men tyvärr grusades vistelsen där av en parkeringsautomat som tydligen var känd för att krångla vid betalning med kort vilket bör åtgärdas! Hotellet avsade sig allt ansvar för detta problem vilket ställer dig som gäst i en situation där du måste lösa problemet själv på plats för att överhuvudtaget kunna lämna garaget. Men detta var det enda minuset i vår vistelse."

"The breakfast was phenomenal and the staff was top notch. Our room had complimentary fresh biscotti, sweet chocolates upon our arrival. There were also robes and slippers for us. Nice touch. We would surely stay again and will refer to our friends."

"Master Mirabell has a GREAT location. We were so close to the Mirabell gardens, palace and easy to get to other areas. The hotel is more like a long term stay sort of arrangement with a washer/dryer in the lower level and kitchenettes in the rooms. The a/c didn't work well in one of our rooms, communication with the host was great and they offered fans to help cool things down. To be fair, it was in the mid 90s and very hot so not surprising that a/c wasn't keeping up. One minor annoyance, I booked 2 rooms together and we were placed in rooms in separate but connecting buildings. It made it confusing for my 86 year old Dad Overall a good stay and I would stay here again if traveling in Salzburg."

"A heat wave hit Salzburg during my time there and it was so nice to be able to retreat to the hotel room in air conditioning. I met friends in Salzburg and apparently air conditioning is not standard. Very friendly and helpful staff, the location was perfect for me: near many things but near the green serenity of parks and the Mirabell Gardens. Also a short walk from the central station."

"The hotel is very nice and clean. It is well located near the train station, but still reasonably walkable to the old town and really easy using public transportation. The room was nice, and they have a small workout room which I used."

"El lugar estuvo muy bonito y bien ubicado, el servicio muy atento, solo tuvimos un problema, solo pusieron una toalla en la habitación, y aunque solicitamos otra, nunca llegó! Tuvimos que ocupar una toalla mojada para 2 perdonas"
