A friendly and helpful attitude towards our guests is very important to us, and the many excellent reviews we receive on this matter confirm it. We would like to assure you that our staff was not uninterested. On the contrary, they wanted to give you a free room upgrade but could not agree as to which room. We will make sure that such a situation is solved in a better way next time. The appointments for each room depend on the room category, and we try to describe these categories as transparently as possible. Although we do not offer a coffee machine, all rooms are equipped with the modern conveniences such as air conditioning (summer), free wifi, free tea and coffee making facilities, free mineral water, smart TV, and more, depending on the room category. As we are certified with the “Austrian Eco-Label”, we take various measures for the protection of our environment and sustainability. One of these measures is that we no longer provide the small toiletries, as they produce enormous amounts of waste and plastic. Instead, we offer eco-friendly bottles of hand soap and a body soap and shampoo combination. The products are of excellent quality. Any other toiletries you need, you can pick up at the reception desk. There Is information in every room explaining our eco-friendly policy. We kindly ask for your understanding and support. At the moment, we are modernizing two elevators that are located directly at the reception desk. However, there is another elevator for our guests to use. We are very sorry for any inconvenience. These works are done for the benefit of our guests and should be finished soon.Please accept our sincere apologies that you were disturbed by noises from the hallways. It is not common in our hotel that guests are jumping, or balls are bouncing. We kindly ask you to inform our reception desk immediately in such a case, and they will attend to it right away and talk to the guests who cause such noise. We take great care about the maintenance of our hotel, and we are constantly updating our hotel, the latest being new bigger TVs with a Smart TV function for all rooms.
