The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The breakfasts were amazing with many choices. I like that the hotel was close to dining places, shopping and tourist attractions. This is a nice hotel, well situated for the centre of the city. My only slight complaint is there is no air conditioning so the room was quite warm

Totally enjoyable stay

Nice, clean and cozy hotel within 10 minutes walk from Salzburg Hauptbahnhof and 5 minutes walk to Mirabell Palace. Many restaurants are conveniently nearby. The single room is fine for my 3-night stay. However it doesn't have air conditioning, so be aware if you're traveling in summer. Only a desk fan was available. Since I was traveling in December, it was fine. All the staff were very helpful and always had a smile. Breakfast is not included, but costs 14-15 euros. Totally enjoyable stay due to its location.

The hotel is a ten minutes walk from Salzburg main rail station and a 20 minute ride to Salzburg airport. Mirabell Gardens and the Palace are within easy reach. The property does not provide you with a kettle in the room and breakfast in their restaurant has to be pre-booked the night before. Hot food is not allowed in the room but they provide a dinning room in the lobby for you to consume your food. Also, hot water for your drinks is provided to you in the dinning room. You have to have your own cups, spoons, cutlery and plates. The rooms are very small and therefore, not ideal for a couple. The shops in Salzburg close very early and the restaurants also have limited timings. The combination of the restrictions within the hotel and early closing of the shops/restaurants was very off putting for me. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are cleaned daily and are in good condition. There is no laundry facility in the hotel and therefore, Expedia need to amend that in their details for this hotel.

Sur les traces de Mozart.

Établissement bien situé. Joli hôtel mais les chambres ne sont pas équipés d'air climatisé. Pour le reste les chambres sont de très bonnes dimensions et confortables. Les petit déjeuner est très bien et le personnel très genti et très professionnel.
