Everything is neat and clean but missing a little softness. A little to minalmistc for my taste. No face wash cloths, a couple of chairs on our balcony with a table would be nice. Furniture is scarce in the room. Otherwise everything else was good.

Amazing ocean views and great breakfast. We watched the sunrise from the pool deck. The beach is walking distance from the hotel. There are plenty of food options nearby.

Very expensive and not as advertised

Must have been a nice hotel in the past. Outdated rooms, mouldy bed linen, at very high prices. One sugar satchel and one coffee cup in a room for a couple. Housekeeping come into your room when you're out, even when you put up the 'do not disturb' sign. A lot of the staff were very friendly and helpful but management need to address these errors.

The Room had a fantastic sea view and was very clean. Outstanding breakfast with plenty of options (the Lady that does the Tapioca and the Omelets lives up to her legacy of being super nice and doing fantastic Tapioca) All staff was nice and helpful. Swimming pool on the roof top was very clean.

Great pool and breakfast. The party at the ocean view does go late (3pm) but we slept through it. Location was fun. Paid parking at about $5 a day valet. Vent in bathroom smelled of sewer which was gross. Maybe the trap dried out again and again. Overall great though.

I got a great room with sea view. Room and bathroom are big. The view was breathtaking. And balcony with veranda was large. Breakfast is great and included. Rio vermilo is close by with bars and clubs close by. Casa Teresa is a restaurant close by to eat Bahian food. Everything is walkable. Go see lighthouse. Rooms can be upgraded with new fixtures and furniture. Overall very good hotel. Gym needs improvement.

I love the hotel was in a great location near to bars, restaurant, with security and walking distance if you wanted to walk. I did not like the cleanliness of the room. Found someone’s hair in the toilet, bath floor was dirty and looked stained. In addition we found our toilet was leaking all over the bathroom door. Bed linens felt cheap and very thin, fitted sheets kept falling off the corners every time I rolled over and found myself freezing because there were only one sheet to sleep with no blanket or comforter. For the price and how nice the hotel looked I expected a little more.

Boa recepção!!

Cheguei 10hrs no hotel e conseguir fazer check-in antecipadamente, Daniel nos atendeu muito bem, em relação ao quarto é um pouco antigo, pegamos um sem reforma, mas atendeu as necessidades, e o café é muito bom, hotel tem uma vista incrível!! Estacionamento é a parte, paga R$30/dia.

Não voltaria a me hospedar por causa do barulho.

O hotel está sendo reformado. O quarto é pequeno é o banheiro também. O que detestei mesmo foi o barulho do hotel. Qualquer pessoa que passe na porta parece que está dentro do quarto. Elevador abrindo se ouve também dentro do quarto… Além de gente arrastando cadeira no andar de cima ou do lado. Simplesmente qualquer barulho parece amplificado. Eu como arquiteta tenho propriedade pra falar que a acústica é simplesmente péssima para que tem sono ruim que nem o meu. Infelizmente tive uma noite péssima de sono. O café da manhã em compensação estava fantástico.

Quer acordar com barulho de obra 8h no fds? Chegar no quarto de hotel e a lixeira tá cheia de cabelo e nenhum dia a camareira aparecer pra fazer a limpeza? Cheio de malas e não quer concierge? Até porque lá não tem. O Novotel vai combinar com você. Pior hotel que fiquei neste último ano.

A estadia foi ok. A comida foi boa. O serviço de quarto não foi bom. Teve um dia que foram limpar o quarto as 17:30 e não repuseram shampoo e nem condicionador. Além disso, levaram os copos e não deixaram outros no lugar.
