Staff was very attentive to when things close. Pay attention to closing times, and give the staff an hour prior if you want service. If the kitchen closes at 8pm, it means they go home at 8pm whether they clean uo or not. As a chef, I would be scared to see the kitchen in the morning

Friendly staff but didn’t talk English. Room needed some maintenance and paint. Bedsheets were stained and threadbare darted 2022 so old with a good clean and lick of paint it would be a lovely hotel the pool area was excellent.

Really needs renovation literally not just building but sheets and towels and better cleaning services in rooms and hall ways etc Pool could use a good cleaning because it has literally pieces of green fungus algae stuff floating around! Staff I can only say great things about them; kind attentive friendly but they need more efficient help there because they have to run dining room bar and pool bar and room service by themselves (2 people)

The property is located on the beautiful beach of Itapoan, the swimming pool is great, breakfast is ok, staff is fine, but the property is old, it seems that it never recovered from the pandemic. I arrived at the hotel at 9 pm and had to take a lukewarm shower, it had no hot water and the drain was clogged and water started to build up and run outside the shower, had to take shower in installments. Room furniture are old and bedding is simple, only sheets, no cover. It is not a resort. But depending on your mood can be a good stay.

The top three things i qould like to see the hotel change: 3. Improve the breakfast items. 2. Invest in better bed clothes. Maybe get some fitted sheets fo the beds. 1. Upgrade the rooms. Especially the televiisions. I used the television a lot . The sheer curtains should be changed also. The refrigerator was working, but should be defrosted and cleaned more. The hotel is perferfect for a romantic get away. With a few changes, this.place could be spectacular. The checkin staff was awsome. The kitchen staff was great. The wifi is good, but can use a little upgrade.For the price I feel i could get justba little better. This was my second time at this hotel. Im sure i will return.

Would stay again!

I had a good time here being my first time in Brazil. The property sits on the beach and is gate guarded. The room was fairly comfortable with a nice view and comfy patio furniture on the sea view room.

All the staff members were adorable and efficient, except for one older guy (night shift) who kept talking about politics and criticising the hotel, the area and the country at large. He was very negative and a terrible first impression, as we checked-in late and had to listen to his personal (unfairly) negative views about Brazil. I would recommend that he keep his personal politics outside work, especially as he doesn’t know what the guests’ politics are.

Wry pretty outside. I have no complains about the workers. But the bathrooms drainers wasn’t working properly, the TV wasn’t good, the slide glass door locked my husband outside 2am.

My 4-night stay at this hotel was different. When I scheduled my stay I didn't know that the only leisure option the pool closes at 7pm. Beach was my first choice to stay at this hotel but unfortunately the beach is simply impossible to take a shower. Full of stones and farofeiros and not talking about the danger. I will share with you some photographs of the reality of this hotel. Honestly, for the daily rate, it's simply not worth it. Other guests were also super insecure and dissatisfied with the hotel!

A equipe do hotel foi bem cordial e a limpeza razoável. A área da piscina é ótima! O ponto negativo foi o banheiro cujo box de vidro não tem porta, deixando o chão do banheiro todo molhado. O lençol de cama poderia ser mais grosso também.

O hotel é muito bom, a piscina é boa, os quartos tem uma boa estrutura. O hotel fica em uma região turistica da cidade mas é longe das principais atrações. Porém é perto do aeroporto. A vizinhança é um pouco barulhenta, mas é o padrão da cidade.

Die Unterkunft hat mir gefallen, zimmer und bad waren groß, Pool war wunderschön außen bereich super.. Was hat mir nicht gefallen: die Treppe wenn es regnet wir nass bzw. es Tropft genau wo die Treppe ist und deswegen hab ich in die erste nacht nach ein sehr anstrengenden Tag eine Unfall gehabt, bin die Treppe runter gerutscht und Arm richtig verletzt. Am nächsten Tag dachte ich ja es wird siche der Manager zu mir kommen und nachfragen wie mir geht's, wie ist passiert aber er kommt nur nach dem ich nachgefragt habe ob er dort ist, und wirklich sorge hat er auch nicht gemacht.. dass war der wirklich minus punkt bei der Unterkunft und deswegen werde ich evtl. nicht mehr dort hingehen.

Equipe foi o destaque. Embora o hotel tenha todas as condições de levar 5 estrelas (no futuro), o que mais nos chamou a atenção (estávamos num grupo) foi a manutenção do mobiliário (deixou a desejar / muito precário); o enxoval dos quartos também muito precário
