The room is very well appointed. The decor is modern and sleek. The kitchen has a great complement of utensils, and the fridge can hold enough. The property has great amenities. Good security and intelligent electronics with facial recognition access after a brief orientation and document verification at the front desk. Complaint is small - the room was tight to share for 3 guests, even if one is a child.

In my apartment, could smell the stench from wash basin, it was as if l was smelling sewerage. It had the same smell of the street down below after heavy rain. The odour coming from the hand wash basin, meant l had to keep the door of the bathroom closed at all times. Evertime l opened the door, l was greeted with an overwhelming smell. My next issue was with the windows of the apartment, which had a gap at the ends where the air of the outside was entering the apartment, plus it allowed the street noises down below to be more prevalent. Also, on windy days, the windows rattled, making sleep difficult. At least the front security was awesome.
